Took a while to be helped, but once I was they were very helpful and knowledgeable.great place.great laptops st good deals and they also offer student discounts which is awesome.especially this day in age where computers are excellent tools for students, whether its high school or college.

Ever had a tough time at the phone store? We have avoided taking upgrades for this reason. Jacob made everything super simple, had good advice and lots of patience. Need a phone, go to Bestbuy see him was so easy!

I have had issues with delivers at the Wilkes Barre store, but recently I had the pleasure of meeting the Assistant Manager Georgina Holby who fixed my issues. WOW, she has restored my confidence in Best Buy. I'm guessing she will get her own store and we will have the pleasure of a great buying experience, because she will energize the crew with that, "customers come first" policy. We should all hope she gets that opportunity.

Was here a month ago I feel as this place is sinking I waited for 10 mins looking around for someone to help me and no came walked out the store told the girl I will spend my money else where she said ok sisnt even ask why or what was the problem come on best buy pick it up
