35We need a different cable company for our area. Service is non-existent. Frequent connectivity issues and it cost me my job. This is for all of the remote workers out there.
Few kind people who help but waiting an hour to talk to a pajama wearing staff of none makes me hate yoi.
According to the door now. The are only open Wednesdays and Saturdays. Dropped off my payment on a Friday. And now a Sunday, I have no service. Is this location still open?
This location has nice staff. I just had to run in to drop off old cable box and pick up new box.
Was a clean location, set up for covid19 safety too!
I give Beatrice the customer service rep a 5+. She went out of her way to help me with several issues.i still think the 'Service Needs Work" too expensive. Hard for me, I have a disablity, to do even the basics with ease. Hite more Beatrices, and pay them all double. Peace Out. Thank you Merry Christmas
Never able to get a connection! Worse cable company ever! Paying them a lot of money for nothing
Closed my account with Blueridge as of today because they charged me for services my businesses was not using during the mandated COVID19 shutdown of my business for over 2-months. When I called to have the 2-month service fees waived due to COVID19, they refused. Will be taking my business else where. Oh & the internet turns off at-least once every 3 weeks.
Blue Ridge showing how concerned they are for their community by charging the $6.95 late fee. Apparently they don't watch their own TV and see the MILLIONS who are unemployed. This is the problem with monopolies, they lack compassion. Other cable companies are offer some free channels during the lockdown we get a big FU from BRCTV
Customer service is great but the prices are crazy for TV today too watch what the same ole sht
Blue Ridge has always gave me the best price for my service or they worked with me to lower cost. As for customer service, they are the best! I have never had a problem service. I don’t understand all the bad reviews.
Do not go there big lady with glass and blond hair dose not know what’s she doing so so Rude she should be fired I think she’s the supervisor
They take advantage of being the only internet around here overpriced and don’t care to suit customers needs
What a rip I called last month about becoming a seasonal customer just wanting wifi to use security cameras. They said it would be like 15.95 a month for just wifi so today I call to make the changes and they say it's gonna 55.00 a month thats crazy. I have no choice but to keep it this year but I will be looking for something different been a customer for over 30 years.
They answer the phone quick and usually solve issues pretty fast. I've had to replace 2 cable boxes recently and they took them back without issues. As a company they have high prices and are incredibly monopolistic. Only use them if you have no other options.
The people who answer phone, always plesent and helpful. As far as cable company prices are to high, don't have a 10 channel option or a choice of channels which would be helpful.
They offer deals only if you call them and ask. When they do give you a deal they raise the price on something you are paying less for.
No satisfaction with my visit to Blue Ridge Communication runaround between tech support and office would cut the cord but there the only provider in the area
They stay in business due to no competition. These people know absolutely nothing about what they are doing.
Unfortunately one of the only internet providers in the area. Not very reliable specially for troubleshooting or service interruption. Nothing but problems with rhem and their partner penn Tele data
