I need a technician to come and set up my smart tv which I’ve had way to long and can’t get the help I need
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I literally am trying to. The worst cable service I have had in 12 countries. The box freezes daily. They have no solution. The Internet signal needs to be refreshed weekly. They have no solution. The service blacks out in perfect summer weather. They have no solution. Please send us Verizon Fios, Optimum, or some real company so these assholes go out of business overnight. Oh, and they are over 200 dollars a month, like they are some real service or something. Pathetic.
So expensive and existing customers get no deals. The monopoly they have leaves them as our only choice. Funny, in a state where we are screwed by "choices" on a lot of things.
Internet is poor paying for 60mbps and only getting 14mbps to 42mbps

Should be rated a 0/5. Their prices are way too high for the quality of service they provide (Drops constantly, slow internet speeds). They also charge for data overages which is absolutely ridiculous. The only reason they are able to do this with out ever changing anything is because they are the only game in town. I would instantly switch to any other cable provider if there was another that covered my area.
Ridiculous prices for sub-par service. Slow internet and awful premium channel signals, they upsell to Tivo which is crap. $300 Fn dollars!
Unfortunately there is no alternative to these ripoff artists.
Strong-armed into using this terrible service, no other options, and they know it. Living monopoly.
I'm giving them 1 star because there is no way to give less than that. Just as expensive as any other cable company with none of the features, options, service, quality, choice or competency. The second Fios is available in my area I am gone.
I've had Verizon, Comcast, dish, and direct tv. Blue ridge is by far the best! I pay $104 a month for internet and cable and have a dvr (1 tv total) The customer service is amazing! We had an issue with our router and the tech was here first thing the next morning to replace it.
Get rid of the data cap! Didn't FCC fight this already! We have no way of knowing if your managing data correctly! R=Trying to force us to watch your TV networks! SCAM!
I feel that blue ridge along with att have a monopoly foin on here. I have no other options. Its a communistic area.
Blue Ridge sucks signal sucks they don't get comcast network the second channel from Philadelphia sports internet speeds are slow and weak and the monopoly that the company has in our area that we can't get no other cable sucks
Horrible service with cable and internet, but there are no other choices in the area.comcast prices for the worst service i've ever experienced.
I have been with this company now for 8 years not by choice. Blue Ridge is a terrible company. Every 6 months the rates go up and we get screwed. The one thing I miss about living in nyc. We had choices.
