Bob's Discount Furniture, Philadelphia PA

My husband and I waited for about almost an hour before we were helped. When they delivered the furniture they didnt ship all of the pieces so the delivery workers told me contact customer service to have them order the missing pieces. Customer service claimed they ordered it and it got delivered but it was never delivered. Now they are stating they do not want to refund for the missing pieces. I will never buy from here again and I advise others not to buy from here either. This was our first and last time ever going here.

Had a very good shopping experience at bobs, pretty much furnished my whole house. Would like to thank our sales associate MARTIN, he went above and beyond for us. Whenever I purchase furniture in the future I will be using Martin at bobs for sure.

The rep who helped me, Martin, was great. He let me roam around but stayed close enough that if I had any questions I didn’t have to search for him. He then explained all my options allowed me time to think about it and was there from beginning to end while buying my couch. He explained everything in detail and I left still feeling great about my purchase. Now all I have to do is wait for delivery to determine if everything he said about the setup service is true.

Very poor quality furniture, I have been waiting 3 months and still do not have all my items and the ones I do are damaged. I do not recommend this place unless you can deal with the fustration of customer service who can not help.

I will never go to ikea for a couch again. Delivery fee was less than $100 and i thought they were going to leave it in our apartment buildings lobby. NO THEY BROUGHT IT UP THE THREE FLIGHTS OF STAIRS

Andi was awesome! She made us feel at home and was very helpful. I had a great experience at the store. The people was very friendly. Didn’t feel pressured into purchasing anything and that felt great for a change. My first time at Bob’s and won’t be my last.

Andi was very pleasant and helpful she also used her design background to help me choose my furniture sets. I’m very pleased, she made me feel like family.

Called ahead and spoke with a salesman named Irl about purchasing furniture and asked for him once we reached the store. Irl did a great job showing us exactly what we were looking for and all of the options they offered for it. Really appreciated his help and professionalism.

Brianna Morris was perfect. She was so friendly and no matter how many questions I had she cheerfully answered. What I really appreciated was she did not hover like so many salespersons. I recently have gone to 5 Furniture stores. Only 1 other store was the salesperson equal to Briamna. I will definately recommend this store to all my friends.

I love Bob's, I ho there just to see what new items they've. Friendly staff & they don't try to sweat you. The only down is they have a credit department (not theirs) & it's not worth the debt.

What a great experience I had at this location at Bobs furniture today 8/8/18. First let me say I was there to get a replacement couch and the sales associate Ahmed Alhaj greeted usfamily at the door. He let us know where to find the different types of furniture on the floor. At no time did he walk behind us or pressure is while we shopped. In fact he came by where we were looking but never interjected or distrub us. We asked questions when needed but kept his distance. We truly appreciated that as we were able to see shop and make our decision and then talk to him about what we wanted. He was very helpful and skilled in sales. We not only got our couch but a bunk bed and opened an credit card. This was truly a pleasant shopping experience and we will be back to see Ahmed for future purchases!

I visited the Caster Store for the first time as a preview for possible purchase of a power recliner. I and another found the store: clean, well ordered, and found several possible candidates/
Upon my second visit with the user we purchased a chair. Recalled the salesperson and delayed the delivery of the chair without any problem,

Andrea was incredibly helpful and very thorough throughout the entire process. She was patient when I kept changing my mind and very open about quality and confort. It was a great experience!
