Andrea was amazing from the minute we walked threw the door she was welcoming and very knowledgeable. She made my experience great. I will definitely come back and buy more things.

Had a great shopping experience at Bob’s! Joel was incredibly helpful with the entire process. He introduced himself when we came into the store, shook our hands, and made it a point to remember our names. We also didn’t feel pressured or rushed to make a purchase. Everything was on our time, and that’s something we haven’t found at other furniture stores. On top of it all, we got new living room furniture that’s so soft and comfortable. Thanks for everything!

We started our experience with Bryan who was a great help. Today we went back and Bryan was not around so Joel helped us. He was really helpful and made sure to assure us that Bryan would still get credit for helping us which I really appreciated coming from a sales background. Joel was amazing, answered all questions and made us feel very comfortable. It was an overall great experience.

I came in earlier in the month found what I liked, Mr. DiBiase followed up, not pushy at all. I love Bob's furniture but this salesman just enhanced my experience.

The staff morale at this particular site was very high. Fatime was great and super patient with me as I chose my sofa. I will definitely be retuning to this store in the future.

I’ve never had a better experience at any furniture store. The people were great and the cater to children. My granddaughter told my other grandchildren she would have me bring them where she saw mangoes and got her face painted. Now I just hope the furniture is exactly what I saw in the store. That’ll be icing on the cake

Store had a nice selection of furniture and we found exactly what we were looking for. The salesman, Irl, was very attentive, friendly and helpful. I would go back for future needs!

Irl was amazing! Very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us space to talk things over personally (I hate when the salesperson just stands there while you’re weighing your options lol) and helped us load our things into the car. Two thumbs up.

Deborah Garvin was extremely cordial and most of all; very helpful about all the items we purchased, she is also a professional experienced salesperson that let's the customer make decisions without being that "Pushy" type. I am always satisfied with Bob's furniture and as far as choices, there is always a wide selection of styles and quality merchandise that I believe is second to none!
