Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store, Springfield PA

This was our first time at Bobs and we were in awe. The store itself was so fun with tons of furniture to choose from. Anthony helped us navigate our price range and found us our furniture within minutes. It was an easy process and Anthony definitely made our experience the best we could have had. Bobs Furniture has so many options for payment as well as accommodations for drop off. Thank you Anthony for all of your help!

Great place. Sales personnel are courteous and helpful. Furniture showroom was clean, organized and well lit. Products were of good quality and reasonably priced.

Anthony the salesman who took care of me at BOB'S DISCOUNT FURNITURE was so nice, explained everything to me step by step as far as purchasing and warranty info and I would definitely recommend going there for furniture

Katie made it easy to find a recliner that was in stock that we could get delivered before the holidays. Delivery was great, text telling us what time to enjoy the driver, them a follow up call just before he arrived.

Bob's is a very nice furniture store that used to have quality and items within your budget, however, lately they are pricy! Not good

Getting my furniture at Bobs discount was a breeze my sales associate Dre was extremely helpful and friendly and he helped me with my credit & picking out everything I needed for my apartment I'm moving into in January & even assured me on the delivery would be there on time thank you Dre

Bought a sleeper L shape sofa and the cloth material is already worn out within 6 month. And bought the dining table set too. And one leg of the chair is broken too Have taken a goof planned while purchasing and was told just called us if we have a problem they will fix it. Have complained about the issue but unfortunately was said its not covered. That goof plan is for nothing. Its very upsetting.

I really appreciate the patience, that Anthony Rizzo took helping me, he was very kind, I do like Bob's furniture, and have bought furniture from Bob before.

The furniture is magnificent. Try some of the mattresses. Be sure to bring someone with you to wake you up. Great customer service along with great prices

It was a pleasant experience. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, professional. I was able to find what I wanted. The only issue is waiting for some items to become available for delivery. I'll shop there again though.

Our shopping experience was a pleasure. We were met by a very personable sales person Mickey when we entered and were not followed around and hawked like in some places. When we had questions about a product Mickey was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us get a good delivery date and because of him we purchased a bedroom and living room set.

We desperately needed a new couch and it was becoming increasingly difficult due to our small apartment space. Bobs was super helpful with their in room viewing tool and the specs information that was super easy to find and use. We found our perfect couch in the playscape sectional in grey! It’s comfortable, sturdy, and very functional. We chose the white glove delivery service. The couch was delivered quickly and efficiently. I was updated frequently and never felt lost in the process. The delivery was easy and the employees were respectful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Bob’s to anyone and especially recommend the white glove delivery!
