Delivery came today was looking forward to a new bed, only to be told they couldn’t put the bed together because there was no hardware. Poor customer service. Had to refuse the bed and hopefully the next one will have its hardware. This is my last purchase from Bobs and we have purchase furniture from them over the years. But hey compensate me with a $100 gift card for your inconvenience. Not a happy customer at all
