Boston Market, Philadelphia PA

I absolutely love me some Boston Market food, you hear? I really didn't think it would taste like anything but I was sooo wrong. In fact I'm gonna get ready to go get' some today, like right now. Woop woop!

Love going here the atmosphere and the staff are so friendly. Make you feel like your with family.

Manager was supposed to keep food coming hot from the kitchen - SHE FAILED MISERABLY! There was a crowd of folks waiting for sides to be ready. Far too many folks crowded together for my comfort so I asked for a refund so I could leave. That still required that I wait with that large number of folks. Awful staff & manager!

Ordered the meatloaf with bbq sauce and 2 sides. While eating i found a piece of hair and thought it was my girlfriends, but she said it wasn't hers. I started to play with the meatloaf with the fork and found several strands of hair in the sauce. Will not be eating at Boston Market again. You would think during these times the employees would have gloves, hair nets and mask to serve food.

Be ware if you take advantage of the BOGO Special - the app does not explain you have to put in 2 in order to get one free - others were walking in there with heads cut off and rec'd discount As I explained and showed discount Mgr.said no! NP Last time going there

After eating, I immediately became ill. Vomiting and had the runs like crazy. I called the store back on City Line Ave to let them know to check that food, and the manager was nonchalant. I will NEVER go there again. I felt my life flash before my eyes that’s how bad my stomach was hurting.

Called online says quick pick up food was supposed to be ready 6: 13 it’s 6: 55 still waiting look like walk-Ins getting served first. Very slow service

I asked for my chicken to cooked well done we were told to wait ten mins we did once we got our food we ate we were fine. About ten mins in us eating my son had the runs so bad he never ate for here before but we won’t eat from here again. I was told to wait on hold to grab my information and I was left on hold. And nothing was done about it they really didn’t care and I will contact corporate to let them hear my concerns k bye

The place was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and the food was nice and hot and very good

Food poisoning!
I got a meal for my family (3 whole chickens and 8 sides). Within 5 hours after eating, two of my kids felt abdominal pain and started to vomit. My third kid developed the same symptoms the following day. I resisted vomiting, but then got diarrhea and remained sick for three days.

I was charged twice for food. Then when given a refund, we had to request a full refund not the partial that were were given. The staff is only interested in communicating with each others not the customers.

If i had to pick a "last meal, " no matter what i picked, it would include a side of Boston Market mac and cheese. Every time I order, i double up on the mac. Delicious

Mac and cheese good, fresh green beans good, veggie melody great, but the chicken is dry! So I will stick to my three sides platter and forget the chicken.

I love love love the food! The restaurant is always a little dirty like the floors need to be swept so I never ever eat inside but lord the food is EXCELLENT

I placed a food delivery order through door dash for this location when the driver arrived they said there was no order to fill.they got an order from door dash but they do not fill that kind of order or something like that.spent an hour waiting for the order.door dash driver was fine.store would not speak with me.and door dash help was useless.

This is the best Boston Market that you can go to to get food food is very good City Line Avenue

Boston Market on City Line Avenue is wonderful they have terrific service and very good food I go there at least once a week and I will continue I know employees by name and they know me always nice to see a smile

I sit there and waited for them to make my side salad and took them ten mins to do that. The worker says she still here.wow

I have always loved the food Boston Market provides. Although customer service was lacking a tad on this day!

Place wad not sparkling clean, bathroom was disgusting, and staff had attitude. No greeting when entering or leaving. Unfriendly ppl. Food looked old and when ask for recently cooked items, attitude snd rolling of eyes.
