Boston Market reviews
27I usually doesn't post reviews, but my experience here was less then great. From the outside, it looked closed, trashed and abandoned. When we walked in there were 3 tables full of trash, the floors were wet, and the bathroom was flithly. We said we was eating in and still got the disposable tableware. The only good thing that came from the trip here was the good food.
Haven't been here in a while, went tonight and the service was bad the wait time was terrible and the employees were unfriendly and a little ghetto. And instead of being handed a cup I was told to get my own. The guy ended up handing me one but the audacity of him was appalling.
The lady with the real dark brown lips was very rude and kept staring at me and my boyfriend and also asked him for his number infront of me she was short brown skin with a pony tail and a stank face look lol
Food poisoning! My son and I were food poisoned with a whole chicken bought the day after the snow storm. They should close the store after a turmoil if they're not capable to handle it and cook safely for the consumers! Bad experience ever! I did regret it a lot, it 's very painful
The place was not clean, the food display was a mess. I asked for a 3 piece and it did not looked done i asked for a darker piece and was told "No". The cashier was digging in her ear while ringing me up, nasty.no ice no lemonades. Got home and my mash potatoes had clumps in it. "NEVER GOING BACK "
Food was dry and the staff lacked information about their menu. The wait was unnecessarily long
Food was typical for a Boston Market. Everything was cooked well. Service was good.
So why 2 stars? Outside the store was someone working as a doorman, but he's not enjoyed by BM. Staff at this restaurant don't care about him. I'm not sure what he's going to do.
Until he leaves, I have no desire to return.
