Process was easy. They all did a great job. Javin was very helpfully during the process. Wendy and Chef did great in getting it financed and me into a new to me car. The only downside is - they entice you with these offers and then you don’t get them - they give all kinds of reason - so just beware

Angie was my sales representative, very knowledgeable, kind, and very straight forward. Sean came over and showed me the truck loaded. Thank you so much. Go see angie for all you buying needs she is great. This dealership has done so much for us thank you.

They "forgot" to send the payoff check for my trade in and I had to make a payment on a car i didn't have anymore. They waited a month to send the payoff so they wouldn't have to pay as much. Even though they got it $4,000 under Kelly blue book. There were other problems as well. Would not recommend

Very bad, refused to fix our Ram while it was under warrantee. We called them multiple times, and although they promised to return our call, they never would. Finally one afternoon we drove the truck in, and they said they couldn’t get the part. Later that day we left them a bad review, and they called within a few hours and wanted to expedite the part. Then they accused me of leaving multiple reviews, showing that they must do these kind of things regularly.

I went today to possibly trade in my Jeep Compass, that I previously purchased from Buchanan almost 3 years ago, sales guys were very friendly and nice. However I left without purchasing a vehicle they could not accommodate my current payment which I understand if I had a better credit score I could have gotten what I wanted, left disappointed. So I will be buying from another dealer that can accommodate what I can afford.

The Buchanan Auto Group has just crushed the competition in the Philadelphia area by providing a great truck at a price that no one would touch. They drove the truck from Waynesboro, Pa to my home in Bucks County, Pa.signed the paperwork in my garage, and in light of this Pandemic just made things very, very easy. I am very grateful to the salesman Kyle Shorb and his manager Ken Jackson for making this process so easy.

Very disappointed in the place. I wanted an out the door price and waited 2 hours and all they could do was tell me I needed to do a lease. I see now that they’ve changed their website and out lease price and cash price. That’s ok I got an honest salesman at the dodge dealer in Chambersburg, PA. And bought a Durango from them. I guess this place don’t mind losing a $40,000 cash deal.

They always say usedcar sakespeople are crooks. Well I had the BEST experience with a salesman named Ira Crook. His name is definitely not representative of what type of person he is. Wonderful supportive sales professional. I will buy my next car from him too. Thanks Ira and Buchanan.by the way we loved Luba too.

Went there with a vehicle in mind that I wanted to purchase. Michael helped me find the vehicle that I wanted and walked me through all the paperwork to get that vehicle for me. I will be back to deal with this dealership in the future. Thanks again.

I just purchased a dodge ram from them and so far I have had no problems they got me the payment I wanted Andrew did a nice job with me and the service dept (Seth) is taking care of a small issue I have with the truck.thank you for a nice experience and I will be back to do business with you folks again.

DO NOT BUY HERE! They will tell you anything to sell a car. I made numerous attempts to talk to someone. I was hung up on by a receptionist and left numerous voicemails for Mike but was never called back. I ultimately filed a grievance with GM Financial about their dealings!

Was assured a vehicle was available, drove an hour and 15 minutes to see it only to be told it was sold a few days earlier.

The sales department was great- I told them my expectations and they got me into a new Dodge Ram that day, payments were a little higher than I wanted but new trucks aren’t cheap.every step of the way they answered all my questions and were very knowledgable about what I was buying- after visiting 4 other Chrysler dealerships, Buchanan does the best job demonstrating the Ram features- hands down the best sales personnel out there-

Love the purchase of my new Ram 2500. However the Sales Manager Mike is not honest (or just doesn't know what he is selling). I had to make repeat phone calls and never got a return call. This was due to a we owe that was promised. I will forever buy Mopar but will not deal with Mike ever again. Very dissatisfied with the Sales Manager. Everyone else was great to work with. This is the 2nd truck purchased brand new at this lot.
