I received wonderful customer service and fast online shipping when I ordered my Patagonia retool pullover. I love this company and will continue to order from them here in Virginia. Wish I was close enough to visit a store.

I needed ski pants and they were open until 9 and had more stock than Pelican so I was able to find a Medium last minute.

Great place to find winter sport supplies. My wife and I received a really good class about skis and ski boots. We ended buying our boots and poles right there after trying them on. Sales people were awesome.

They have all your snow sport needs, at very competitive prices. And a great staff that's super helpful.

(Whitehall Store) Don’t call and ask them if they have snow tubes. Well unless you like being LIED to, than this is the place for you. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. #hang10bro

I had a fantastic experience at Buckman's. I'm a begginer skier looking for a begginer boot. Ian went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect pair for me. He explained each process to me and the reasoning behind his questions. He even found a pair of clearance boots and modified the fit to make them more comfortable, even when he could have potentially sold me a higher end boot for much more. These boots feel leagues better than the rental boots I have been using and I would highly recommend coming here to be fitted.

Almost got tricked into buying something i didn't need to fix my skis, but another worker was truthful and saved me money. Nice stuff, but not much selection for high level skiers or racers.

Would give zero stars if I could. Rude and inconsiderate staff. Don't get help from Nick, worst experience. Hard to get in contact with management/customer service.

New to this area and heard great things about this place. Great selection of products very pleased about that! However, employees weren’t helpful and very distracted. My son was being helped by Nick and I was being helped by Isaiah. Both clearly didn’t find our questions, concerns or needs important since they both were too busy conversing among each-other. The young lady with brunette hair was also very rude and seemed as though she did not want to be bothered with. Very immature and disappointing staff. We ended up walking away with nothing

It's so hard to find good snow pants especially around this time of year because everyone is sold out. But Buckman's had exactly what I needed. We also bought gloves and hats here, in addition to our new snow pants. This place has it all and they are extremely helpful. They also have a clearance section in case you're not looking to spend a lot, because they are a bit pricey.

Will not ever go there again. They sold me a new boots, and the boots failed after 2 seasons, with cracks. The manufacturer Atomic, said they couldn't help me and go back to where I bought them. Talking to Buckmans then, the person I talked to actually said to me he goes thru new boots every year and I should be happy I got a third season out of these. Never use Buckmans or Atomic again.

I bought a pair of boots for my girlfriend during the Whitehall preseason sale. We didn’t discover that there was a problem with the boots until attempting to ski later in the season. I contacted the store manager who encouraged me to return and to resolve the problem. Upon my return to the store, one staff member who assisted since the manager was not on the premises left doubts in my mind about their willingness to resolve our problem. Another phone call and coordinating with the manager resolved the problem to the excess of my expectations. The manager stated that he was upset we did not get the preferred Buchman experience and went out of his way to keep me as a long term customer. The manager could not have handled the customer complaint any better than he did.

One of the last of its kind. Good selection of top brands and appropriate prices along with quality service. If you are a person who takes care of these types of purchases over the weekend, plan ahead as they are not open on Sunday. For long time area residents who love nostalgia, there will never be another Nestors, but this really is a close second for anyone who enjoy winter sports.

Stopped by heading to Poconos on President’s Day weekend. We arrived 10 minutes before closing and they were very nice to fit our entire family for rentals for the weekend. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were great. This is on the way from southern NJ (and Philly) to the Poconos and the rentals were high quality and at a low price. One minute off the highway. We will be back every trip to the Poconos.

I didn't end up renting from here because I was going night skiing and needed to drop off my skis late at night. They closed too early for that, so I'd have to wait til Monday bc they're not open Sunday!
So one star off for that, but when I called, the rep was so friendly on the phone. He told me they sell discounted tickets for Blue Mountain, so it'd be worth it to go there just for that. Their rentals were competitively priced, about $35/d.

Decided to rent our skis here the day before we went skiing so we didn't have to wait in lines at the ski resort. The employee that helped us (Tim) was very knowledgeable and patient with us who hadn't been skiing in close to 15 years. I complained about the fit of one of my boots and he took the liner out and heated it up for a while to get a custom fit. Price was cheaper than the resort and skis worked well. I don't think I had the right fit though because my ankle was killing me all day. Store has a great selection that is hard to find at other stores or online.

Has everything you need for skiing. A few good locations including on the way to Blue mountain.

We have bought all or skis here-mostly when the shop was Nestor's. They have good rental programs for kids.

Extremely helpful! After trying on many boots I was honestly recommended the ones that happened to cost the least. It felt as if he was actually listening to me and I could completely trust his judgment.
