Buckman's Ski and Snowboard Shop, Whitehall PA

I received excellent and knowledgeable customer service with my boot fit from believe it or not a gentleman named Mr. PARADISE. I've been skiing for over 20 yrs and have been to many shops and although I've helpful service in the past this was the best in terms of knowledge of boot fit.

This place is awesome. My friend and I rented boots and boards, but the mountain closed early. So we came back after only 3 hours of using their equipment and they gave us a full credit. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Literally every person that worked there talked to us with a smile on. Tyler was the man. We definitely plan on coming back.

My girlfriend got fitted for snowboard boots by Chris and he went all the way to make sure they were the correct size and fit. He was so helpful now her boots fit awesome. Everyone there is sooo helpful!

The employees were super helpful, but the fitting area was understaffed. I got good skis for a good price and my overall experience was positive.

They have on their website and store open 10am-7pm on Saturdays. I drove 50 miles on a Saturday, got here at 6 and they are closed. Very very upset. I even called to find out there hours earlier today.

I brought my skis in to have them waxed. I had good service here before when it was Nestors. This time, they broke off three of the 4 plastic pieces for the brakes. Didn't mention anything, and when I asked, just told me that happens. So now I have to buy new brakes because I went to Buckmans. Won't go back.

Got seasonal ski rentals for my 4 and 5 year old kids from here. Noticed that their prices on ski caps was lower than Amazon.
