Took an hour and 20 minutes to deliver my pizza was was only 2 minutes away from their location

Alghough the counter people were pleasant and helpful, the pizza itself was average. There was very little sauce and cheese, only covering 2/3 of the dough. I will not be returning.

Disappointed! We were so excited to try this restaurant and the food was underwhelming at best. The wings were undercooked and the sauce was disgusting. We were also charged a completely different price than what was advertised online. Pizza was OK but overall, I have never regretted an order more. Save your money!

I ordered a big order of Buffalo chicken Salad.
The salad was covered in so much Buffalo sauce u couldn't see any lettuce.sooo Spicy waste of money! Im very disappointed

Okay, I’ve been wanting to leave a positive review for over a year. It’s just not possible. I’ve tried delivery, pick up on my own, and in house dining. The food is just average. I’ve tried everything.wings, multiple pizzas, appetizers, you name it. We even had a pizza delivered upside down in the box to our house and we ate it with no complaints. It is what it is but the main complaint is that the price does not match up with quality. Prices are too high for what’s offered.

I ordered online and showed up on time and had to wait 15 minutes. The food was really good though.

Brooklyn 1/2 cheese 1/2 Italian sausage. Very close to NY pizza. I grew up in NY and this was really good. Spinach & Feta roll. Delicious. Wings, bone-in and boneless. Very good. Will definately order from here again.

Literally never ordering from this awful "pizza place" again. I wish I looked at the reviews before I ordered because this place obviously is terrible at running a business. I ordered at 915 and the woman who I spoke with said it would take an hour. I requested the delivery guy to leave it at the door. I kept checking outside between 10 and 10: 45 and nothing and I called the pizza place but they close at 10 so no one answered. After over an hour and a half I assumed I wasn't getting my food. I went back down to check and my box was sitting outside after 11. No one called me to let me know it was here after almost 2 hours of waiting. The pizza was hard and cold. What awful service. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could.

Probably one of the best pizza places in the city. A little pricey but I think it's worth it. Had no issues picking up the order and it was ready before we got there, no waiting.

Went there at 430 to beat the early rush. Got sat right by the counter entrance area. Two tables were seated already eating. By the time we ordered at 445, more people were getting seated. Had a couple drinks waiting to be told our pizza got messed up so they have to remake it. We watched everyone else that came in after us enjoy their food while we listened to the kitchen yell and scream profanities. To a point the servers at the front counter were looking at us like "oh wow". A little after 530 our pizza finally came (weve been here over an hour at this point for 1 pizza). Their pizza is good, thats the only reason for 2 stars. Save your effort and just order it out or have it delivered. It wasn't enjoyable eating there at all.

Edit: I forgot to mention it was our first time there.

If you want a great pizza come here. It's not the same old pizza you get from every other shop.

Pizza was good but Shelly pie pizza in Turtle Creek is better. Also very "loud" in Caliente.

Their food is awesome. Pizza is bomb! They always have different drinks specials. Its soo affordable and delicious. You would be crazy not to go there!

Pizza is always great the first day and second as well if any is left. Wings are great as well.

Good craft beer selection, pizza is good, fries were a basket of crispy critters. Saw veteran wait staff in argument with customers and belittling co workers, kind of ruined my night.

The only good thing about this place is food (sometimes) and awesome waitresses (some of them). The level of noise is insane. We had to scream to be able to hear each other. The music is set at very high volume and after asking to lower it (which they did for 5 ish minutes), they put it back even louder. Feels like it’s their intention to make people eat fast and leave.

Our ears hurt and throat is sore because of speaking too loud.

We placed an order for delivery at 7: 08 pm. It is now 9 pm and our food has not arrived. I called and they said they only had one driver tonight.ok.it's a freaking Wednesday- how busy can you be? And someone should have called us to let us know. This is such poor customer service. I'm so disappointed.

I go there to meet my old college professor and it's now become our spot to hang and chill. Draft list is great and the food isnt bad by any means. Cool spot.

Bar food and pizza. Very good service was also good. Prices were resonable. Overall food was very good.

Outstanding Pizza at least as far as Pittsburgh goes. Very close to an actual New York style pizza and the cross can actually stand up to the sauce and ingredients
