Great service, with a lot of attention from the owner. Got a replacement for an ancient gas fireplace when I moved in to a new home. I didn't know much about these, but they gave me a good price on an efficient unit. Looks great, works great.
I wasn't the easiest to deal with. I thought there was a problem with the install. But they took the time for a second look, explained the unit fully, and now I am one happy customer.
Highly recommend.
