Jessica made the whole deal go super smooth. Her kindness and down to earth attitude was far better than other stuck ups in the business.

I always go to Chapman in Horsham. They have always done a stellar job for me. My service advisor Joe is always professional and helpful. Even after moving I travel the extra distance to go here because of the couteousness of Joe and the exceptional mechanics

I had a great experience at Chapman Ford and the very friendly staff there. The deal to trade in my vehicle and drive a new one home was all set up before I even got there so there was no pressure and the process of buying a vehicle was expedited. All that was left to do was sign the paperwork and drive home.

I went in knowing what car I wanted. I requested info through their website. I was contacted quickly by their Internet Sales Manager, Dominic. He answered my questions and set up an appointment to go see/test drive the car, and put me in touch with Matt a sales manager to answer questions about incentives. When my wife and I got there, Dominic introduced us to sales manager Steve, who turned us over to Ashley McClain. Ashley took our information, arranged our test drive, and started the paperwork for our purchase. She was very friendly and thoroughly explained things to us. Then we met Tony in Finance, who finalized our loan and explained all of the service and extended warranty options that were available to us. The process overall took longer than we hoped, but overall it was the most pleasant car purchase experiences I've ever had.

Would give zeros if I could. Snake oil salesmen, Two months in two a vehicle and it needs a new transmission. Now the repair cost is half of what the vehicle is worth. The customer service there is a joke. My wife and I were there to try and get some help with the situation and saw one sales rep just watching fail videos one YouTube. Their “As Is” vehicles is code for lemon. STAY AWAY!

Took a ford vehicle to Chapman that I purchased at another location. No hesitation to do the warranty work, also offered to drive me home if I needed a ride while service was being completed. Great experience at Chapman.

I brought my car in for service and Joe K was awesome, he took care of me and all the service people were nice. The cafe was awesome as well

Absolutely terrible. Called to confirm a vehicle was there and was assured it would be waiting out front for me. After driving an hour to get there, I was told it was no longer available. Communication needs to be greatly improved.

The people are pretty much friendly got a new car. Only problem is now they don't want to take care of issue with the car which I consider a safety issue that should have been taken care of before they sold it! So I'm on the fence about this location I but I just say buyer beware here make sure that what you get

Kept my appointment. Kept me informed. Arranged rental when needed for work for inspection. All work done well as always. I buy and get service at Chapman and have for decades

Joe at the Service counter was excellent! I didn’t have an appointment for service, but he found a way to service my vehicle In a timely manner. I would recommend you ask for Joe to fulfill all your vehicle maintenance needs!

They do not put prices on used cars and the new ones that are advertised for $5k off sticker, you need to be the first man to walk on the moon to get even 10% of that discount. It's a total ploy to get you in the door, dont waste your time, 2 hours I will never get back!

I had an excellent experience at this dealership. When looking for cars a few months ago in NJ, I often felt extremely pressured into buying a car. I had the pleasure of dealing with salesman Chris Seider who was very reasonable and never once made me or my family feel pressured into signing. This dealership is over an hour away from my house, but when I am in the market for a new car again, I would definitely return to Horsham.

2012 Mustang serviced May16th for State Inspection, Oil Change and 70,000 Check-up. Work done correctly first time and priced as quoted with Service Advisor John found $80 in savings by bundling services. Great job!
