39Very disappointed in sales. I called to set up an appointment the day before to look at 2 vehicles that I saw on the website. I was told that they will be ready. I arrived to find one sold and the other never arrived to the dealership yet. I drove hour and 40minutes for nothing. Ask the salesman what else he had and he didn't know what was on the lot. Thanks for wasted my wife and my time today.
Chapman is making a tremendous effort to be customer focus, and I commend them for their work. I've been a customer since 1975.

I bought a new 2018 focus ST here. Everyone was nice and took what I wanted to do seriously. They even found me a lower rate loan to finance with. The sales associate was nice as well.

Great service for repairs, great service manager Mariano Hernandez. Sales not so nice after purchasing two leased cars from them and giving all my maintenance for 4 cars to them for 6 years I was in a major accident and 100% disabled my income dropped and so did my credit rating, this I understand, however for three days they kept me in limbo not returning calls and sitting in the waiting room for six hours. I never got a return call I found I was rejected in a formal letter, nice huh. Well service is great and as long as Mariano is there they will service my cars. He is courteous and tells you exactly what is wrong with your car when it will be done and doesn't hide anything from you that's all I expect from Service. To sales when my credit rating was great they loved me, after the accident they did not even treat me like a human. I hope this information helps you for service or sales on your car. Jerry

Bought a Ford 150 $46,000 plus but when I called them to get my first oil change they cannot do it on time I had a week before drove to Florida they could not get me in before that
Even when I bought the car from them salesman lied to me a cost me $500
Tell me there was a veteran discount on new cars and when I went to the website program list expired
Never would I know any of my family members or friends like from them
I brought my car in to have a tire replaced with the road hazard warranty. They replaced the tire, parked the car, and then the car wouldn't start when I came by to pick it up. They allowed me to keep the car on the lot for about a week until I was able to get my title in from out of town. I appreciate their willingness to help me out of a bind. They went above and beyond what they needed to do. Thanks to Joe K.
I have been going to Chapman for many years and would recommend them to anyone looking for good service and the service advisors are very nice and knowledgeable about their work; especially Joe Kerwick, who is such a great person and knowledgeable and helpful in every way.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Drove 30 mins twice to look at a car (first time, sales person could not find the key), emailed back and forth with multiple representatives about the car, sat with two sales persons to discuss buying the car, ran some numbers for my purchase of the car, received call in the morning to say come in and buy the car. Chapman SELLS MY CAR to the next person that comes in. What an awful experience. I hope no one else gets worked over like I did or maybe doesn't get taken advantage of like I did.they should change their tagline to "we'll sell your car the next person that comes in to make money"
Great service on my Ford. Joe in the Ford service department made sure my maintenance was up to date and my car is running great! Pricing was very reasonable too.

Very friendly service department. They never over sell me and are honest.
Only issue that gets me every time is the mechanics leave all their trash in my car. Every single time! The experience is great all the way through and it’s ruined at the end as the last thing I see.
Had an excellent experience purchasing a used 2014 Kia Sorento from Sam Greene @ Chapman Horsham. From the start Sam Greene was helpful and certainly not your typical pushy car salesman. He & the finance guys worked within my budget and sold the Kia to us at a great price. Thanks Sam and we will be back. 10/10 would buy from again.
I was serviced immediaterly even though I had never made an appointment. Mr. Anthony Diegel (service) was very nice to me and he was very helpfulI. I was very pleased with the overall service to my car.
