Chateau Resort & Conference Center reviews
28Not very clean. Place is convenient to food and attractions though. Pool isn't clean. On sunny days they have a good view.
Is nice and all but the food was disgusting burnt chicken and everyrhijng about the food was just bad
Place was OK, especially for the reasonable price. The lobby didn’t have AC on a super hot day which was not comfortable at all, but maybe it was just down that day, hopefully not like that all the time! The staff was nice, not over or under friendly, but you definitely get what you pay for here. If you have to stay in the area on a budget, this is your place. Room was comfortable, but again, nothing over the top.
Looks like it's weeks away from the wrecking ball. Even things they could do well (actually having clean towels at the pool or maybe not having black mold in the rooms) fail to be executed. Management had zero pride in their job and should be immediately replaced with someone who can at least pretend to care. On a positive note, the staff was very kind. Can't believe I actually stayed a single night.
The hotel is a bit dated but the staff was excellent and so was the food in the restaurant. The views are amazing and the pool and fitness center we're also well maintained. It is a great location if you want to visit Camelback.
In dire need of a facelift! Our room was musty and damp and smelled. Breakfast buffet was good but had to tear the waitress away from her phone to refill empty dishes. Would not stay there again.
Another example of a formerly beautiful facility in desperate need of 100 percent renovation. Consider yourself warned.
On the website it looks to be a decent hotel when I got there it was a rundown looking Hotel then when we went to our rooms and the elevator doors opened up I was sickened by the smell then when we got to the room my wife was extremely pissed off it was dingy the bathroom is dirty the ceiling in the bathroom is falling down the patio door was discussing and all out of whack and loose the only thing I would give it a five star rating would be the view of Camelback Mountain
