Take out service very organized through their drive-thru. Without doubt the BEST chicken around in fast food service. They aim to offer excellent service every time.

Cancelled my order. Spent time creating the order and waiting outside only to have the order cancelled. Still a hold on my payment too. SMH.

I visited this Chick Fil A location today for the first time. I was in Monroeville to take an exam at the Prometric Center down the street. My original plan was to just go to Panera after the exam and get a cup of coffee. After seeing that I could literally walk across the parking lot to Chick Fil A, I ordered some lunch from the app. The staff was very cordial and got me my food with high efficiency. The dining room is still closed due to COVID so you will need to go elsewhere if you are looking for indoor dining. If you are looking for a no nonsense, high quality fast food meal to go, this is your place.

Pretty fast lines here considering it's all drive through. Standard chickfila experience, a little pricey but tastes pretty good.

I was really disappointed to see that they don't have the curbside pickup anymore they take your mobile order but they you have to go in the big long line and wait like everybody else and it's really not a good experience

They have a really solid procedure for getting your order while inside the restaurant is still closed.

Best Chicken Sandwich - if you don't believe me ask the people in the other 20 cars going through the drive through at 9 p.m.

Great covid-19 ordering system. From taking your order to the delivery to your car, they are all friendly and professional. You dont see this at McDonald's or Burger King

I do not like chick-fil-a (no offense) but I had to leave a rating because I stopped to buy my parents food, who love it. I was incredibly impressed at the order service process. Breaking you into multiple lanes and having car delivery was fast, efficient and still allows them to have their employees working.
I would hop more drive-thru places would bring out the "car hop" type service. Nice work chick-fil-a!

Great food and they are handling the pandemic well. Our order was missing some food but the place was also packed. Will definitely go back!

Great food and atmosphere! Workers are always polite and nice. Never have short service unless it's packed. Everything happens in an orderly fashion and it's one big happy family! Nice play area for kids in the restaurant. I love how they stay true to their tradition of staying closed on Sundays. Chicken fans come here! This is your heaven. Their food is very flavourful and has a wide range of choices for your meal. Only downside is that it is very popular and gets packed easily. Very solid 4 stars for me

I was hired by chic fil a (Monroeville PA) last year as an entertainer for their Christmas party. Long story short they stole part of my fee and refused to make it right. The manager Danielle was very rude to me. Bottom line.they owe me money. They are not as moral and upstanding as they want you to believe. I'd eat somewhere else. I know I am.

I have not been to a Chick-Fil-A that didn't offer great customer service. The people are always pleasant. This restaurant was very busy at lunchtime and they still managed to quickly and pleasantly move people through the line.

As always Chick-fil-A is great. They make the best milk shakes. The people are very polite and friendly.

What's not to love about this place? The food is great tasting, the service is fast and very nice, the place is super clean and there is a place for the kids to play.

We repeat whenever we pass it, unless it's Sunday of course!

Our favorite "fast food" that is better than home cooked. The chicken breasts are tender and well seasoned. I adore the spicy chicken AND they have hot sauce packets to add extra flavor:) Oh, their milkshakes are tops, too!

It's always good.but no matter where you go ots the same cookie cutter place. I like to go where the locals go.

($) Always great. Portions for the nuggets were off by a few and the ones I get are always small. Maybe I have bad luck with the nuggets. But either way they are quick, delicious, and hot. Good job!

Clean facilities, quality food, and positive environment! Worth supporting their values and a great chicken sandwich doesn't hurt either!
