Chick-fil-A, Monroeville PA

This use to be the best place for customer service. The employees have all changed over and it seems like everyone would rather stand around and talk than actually work. My order was correct today but the last 2 times I was there my order was incorrect. Today I watched multiple people standing around while one employee was doing all the work. I also watched an employee walk over the same napkin 3 times before he finally picked it up, my husband actually picked up garbage that the kid walked past. We were inside but there was a line of cars wrapping the building and no one was outside taking orders like they use to during busy times.

One of the best spicy chicken sandwiches around. The crew are always friendly and they are fast at making the meals. The sweet teas and all the drinks they have are delicious. Too bad they aren't open Sunday's but can appreciate why.

Always a pleasure. Drive thru line wrapped around the building and we still had our food within 5 minutes.

Most of the time this Chick-fil-A in Monroeville is clean organized and the staff is very friendly. The food is always great.

Definitely the premium chicken restaurant very good love the sauce. Recommend the chicken bites staff is courteous and well-trained.

Take my 94 yr old Mom there for lunch. We love chicken strips. Always clean. Workers are always kind. Thank you for giving us a complimentary lunch last time we visited. So appreciated your generosity. Thank you!

Aside from this place being busier than the airport, they consistently get my order wrong. Don't bother asking for "no pickles" because they're going to load that baby up any way. And the last time I order the six count nuggets for my kid, they gave me - prepare yourself - two and a half. Who the hell thought it was acceptable to pass off two and a half nuggets in a six count meal?

Usually a long line, but well worth the wait. Definitely my favorite fast food restaurant with the best service.

As always, the atmosphere was friendly and the food was good. Chick-fil-A is just a great go-to place for relaxed eating.

Never had a bad experience at a chick fil a. Quality product for a decent price, and the staff is always friendly.

The food was okay, but the service was terrible. I had questions, about the gluten free bun, and the manager was very rude towards me.

The food was good as usual but it was very busy and had a lengthy wait for my food i had also order a frosted lemonade which didnt come out right with my food maybe a 5 minute difference ontop of the initial wait

The staff was very helpful, kind people who helped me while on my crutches. The chicken and a biscuit is always great. I will be back again. A nice Birthday gift.

I was 7 cars back in the drive through. A young man cam through with an iPad and took my order. I was through the line in just a minute or two. Amazing customer service. I love you Chick-fil-A!

Went thru drive thru service was speedy but items were missing from my order n when i went back and asked for my missing items they handed them to me not in a bag n when i asked 4 a bag they rolled their eyes like it was a problem.i was a little disappointed in my visit this time.

The food was tasty and hot. I had the peach tea some of the best I've ever had. As I was preparing to leave someone approached me, took my tray and then offered to fill my cup with another drink. I'd go back. I enjoyed my lunch at the monroville store

Wow, the chicken sandwiches were so fresh and, despite an outrageous lunch crowd, the service was fast and friendly.

Good food, but this location is always busy and you frequently see workers outside with tablets taking orders in the drive thru to speed things up. Getting a table at lunch time is a gamble there's so many people inside. The play space is cramped with no room to run.

Stopped in for the free sandwich on cow appreciation day. As always with Chick-fil-A, lovely service with a smile.

Incredibly nice and considerate cashiers and staff. Restaurant and play area are always clean and in great shape. Food is always warm and prepared timely. Easily my favorite Chic Fila in the area!
