Chick-fil-A, Erie PA

The place is amazing. Chick-fil-a is the best chicken fast food around plus they have an amazing military discount and everyone is so nice.

They only have me two nuggets for my 4 piece chicken minis. I am is distraught. I don’t believe this.highly upset hope we can do something for this

I have yet to find a bad Chick-fil-A restaurant! If only Government and other business could operate as effectively and as courteous. I heard of at least one town actually turned to Chick-fil-A to help setup and operate a vaccine site.

There is a reason this place is busy. It is so good. Even though it is busy it is very quick to get your food

I was very impressed with the way the drive thru was run. Very quick and organized. Even though the line was around the building they were Very speedy

Always a good experience. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building twice and the employees were a well oiled machine that kept it moving and they have a wonderful contact free system in place. I will always come back to this Chick-fil-A.

Wow busy spot! First time at a Chick-fil-A - was not disappointed. Great tasting food and drink

They where very busy on a Saturday afternoon but they moved very quickly! We sat next to the counter and watched the manager on duty quickly fix several minor issues and generally have everybody a great experience!

Best shakes! They are so thick and they usually have a specialty flavor. In the summer it's delicious Peach! I love that they have actual people taking your order at the drive thru! I feel bad for them when it's really hot or really cold, but it's nice to not have to yell into one of those awful speakers!

Drive threw was quick. They had 3 employees outside with tablets taking orders to move the line along.

As always, this restaurant was clean staff was pleasant and service was fast, and my sandwich was delicious

Chick-fil-A is a must stop for us in Erie, PA on our way back to Buffalo whenever we come back from vacation. The place is always packed but you move through the line quickly and tables open up when you get your food. I don't eat at fast food places very often but there's something about the chicken there that's unlike any other restaurant. It's so good.

Was my first time at Chick-Fil-A ever, and I’ve got to say, they live up to all the hype. I mean they might cost a bit more than other fast food places but the food is really good and the chicken is not ground up. As well as the service there is awesome. I ordered, got my drink and almost just sat down and the had my food already. Which was impressive to me because they seemed to have a fairly long drive through. (Although I could see through the window that moves fast as well it’s just everyone loves to go here so thus a long drive through.) I was even asked if I needed anything or a refill a few times. Honest first time impression: cost a bit more. But more than makes up for it in quality of food, and some awesome service. Keep up the great work.

I, unfortunately, usually only end up here during the lunch rush. However, the line moves quickly and the food is ready pretty fast as well. Finding a table can be tricky, but I've seen employees just constantly walking around, cleaning tables as soon as people leave so they are ready for the next visitors. They also ask if you need anything else, like refills on drinks. For how busy/crowded it can be, the service still remains great.

Food was delicious and fresh. The place was packed but they were still super speedy. One of the Managers (Dar) was really lovely and gave us excellent service. Treated us like one of her own children.

Polite employees, good food and I can eat there and stay on my diet plan. We eat there about twice a month and love that we can find them on the road when we travel. I haven't had an incorrect order yet.we will return.

Always clean and tidy with delicious food. Clean bathroom is always key when traveling with kids. They are also more allergy friendly than you would think as the grilled nuggets with fruit cup and lemonade are safe for my kid to eat and if you tell them its an allergy issue they change gloves and surfaces to prevent cross contamination. The salads are also fresh and I've never gotten wilty gunky lettuce. Also the under 3 board books are great even my 1st grader still gets them to read in the car.

I've been coming here since they opened years ago, the owners are great and the food is outstanding. ALWAYS friendly service, the best in the industry if you ask me. I return on a regular basis and recommend to anyone who loves chicken.

A.mazing! My gf got me hooked on the best chicken sandwich ever! Always fresh made each day, and they even use real chicken cooked on a grill.

Location was very busy on a Saturday. We we're lucky to grab a seat. They seemed to do a good job of coming around to clean tables though. No outdoor seating like most chick-fil-a's have though. Would recommend going when it's not that busy or doing takeout.
