This is one of the best places to eat for families with kids. Wish there was another Chick-fil-A in Erie because it's always fairly busy.
The service here was out of this world! They we're SO BUSY, but my four buddies and I got in and out incredibly fast. They even had a person standing in the drive thru taking orders down the line to keep things moving efficiently. I was really impressed. If I lived in Erie, I'd go there all the time for the great, friendly service alone.
Can't go wrong. Excellent Chick-fil-a near the interstate. Play place for the kids and good comfort food for all ages. Clean and organized restaurant with clean facilities and friendly staff.
Good food, good service. Busy at lunch time, parking lot is busy. Clean inside and out. Food was good and quick during a weekday lunch rush
Continuing to improve from the 1st couple weeks of the store opening. The food quality & consistency are also steadily improving but not yet to the 4/5 star levels just yet.

Above-average customer service as always from Chick-fil-A! Visiting here from Fort Wayne Indiana where my Chick-fil-A branch is also above average. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A that was simply okay. They always do an outstanding job at every branch we visit. Today was no different. Thanks guys!
Great food (for fast food), and friendly employees usually! For a free cookie once just because. I wrote a review after that. I was kinda blown away by that simple gesture! Great music!

Always great food and fantastic service! They are moderately priced but what you get for the price is worth it! And if you go for breakfast you have to try the chicken minis they are the best! Their chicken is always juicy and Delicious! And they have a nice selection of of food to order!
