Chicken Restaurant Chick-fil-A reviews
30Could not even eat here because they closed early for no reason. Deeply frustrating for my boyfriend and I who drove out of our way to come here.
Love me some chick fil a but you will find the most unmannered individuals working at the checkout of this franchise. Just nasty attitude! That’s so uncharacteristic of all the other chick fil a’s that I’ve been to!
This was the worst experience ever! I’m use to getting fresh food with wonderful customer service. This place is a joke. I ordered a chicken sandwich. My bread was hard and the chicken was dry and looked like it had been made hours ago. Not the experience I’m use to back home. The store restaurant was a mess. Trash all over the parking lot. SMH!
Bro this was some cracked food and staff quality. If you want a nice candle light dinner go to Chick Filet.
The manager quickly corrected my situation one of the team members had an attitude, and they were out of pepper jack cheese. She quickly came out to help, she went down to the subway to get pepper jack cheese. They hired the right person for the job! Great!
Its only for college students. Stupid idea and a waist of anyone's time who thinks it's common sense that this store is for anyone who wants to stop by, like it should be.
Great place for a quick bite. Servers were great too, I just wish it had two cashiers during the lunch hours to get people in and out. I stood longer for purchase then I did grabbing the food off the assembly line.
This is one branch that is different from the rest I have been too "self served". Since it is situated at the University City they only cater to students with meal stubs because I didn't find the cashier by the counter, good thing they do. And that made me realized why they have that concept for the young customers. Help yourself buddy.
"we are not a normal chick fil a, we are an express" I was served by an employee in a Subway shirt, given a gutted menu, the worst service I've ever had at a chick fil a (which is generally speaking very good). I liken it to any hybrid restaurants, your pizzahot/taco Bell combos where both are a piss poor example of the either brand.
Nope. Unfortunately, this was the worst Chick Fil A I have been to. This is a licensed operation not run by Chick Fil A corporate. They serve a limited menu that is pre made and sits under heat lamps and the workers do all they can to avoid speaking with customers.
In a university cafeteria. Not open in summertime! Don't waste your gas coming here thinking it is open past the closing time of other Chick-fil-A's!
This location is closed for the summer so don’t waste your time and pay for parking like I did!
Pricey but good. Great service real chicken meat not that mass produce meat you find at Mickey D's.
My favorite fast food place. Customer service always a 10 Food gets done correctly every time. Food quality never decreases. Chic Fil A hands down has won my heart over any fast food spot. Will be happy to return and keep patronizing. Polynesian sauce with the spicy chicken sandwich combo and a lemonade is my all time favorite! Great idea who ever is responsible for such great food.
I absolutely love Chick Fil A! Now with that being said this is not a standard chick fil a. It’s a dumbed down version that has a limited menu and for some reason even the chicken does not taste the same, it doesn’t have the new crispy exterior and juicy interior that you get from the normal locations. I’d personally take the ride to Columbus Blvd or Liberty Place and visit those locations.
Rudest employees ever. No food is ever ready and they will complain about you standing there waiting for it.
Employees are beyond stupid don’t understand how to prepare for the dinner rush. Had no food made at all by 6: 30pm. Ridiculous all should be retrained on how to prepare for the dinner rush. I wish there was a zero star option.
I will never go to this place ever i went for the nuggest and mode was on it if i haven’t look i would’ve been sick i can’t believe it DO NOT GO HERE THEY JUST LEAVE THE FOOD SITTING NOBODY KNOWS HOW LONG ITS BEEN SITTING THERE
Worst service I've ever seen. In my opinion, half the servers here deserve to be fired and replaced. I hope I read her name tag right, but Iashonda is the worst at customer service and should be let go.
Worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever been too, and as a Georgia native I've been to a lot. Main issue this is a Chick-Fil-A express location, which basically means they only have a fifth of the normal menu items, and that the staff just don't seem to care. Also of particular annoyance is this place never serves breakfast, ever. They did in the past, but stopped some time ago.
