Chicken Restaurant Chick-fil-A reviews
30Good food, but the selection is limited and quite often the register is not staffed. You'll have to wait for someone to come help you if it's not busy.
The food is fresh and hot but the customer service needs to be stepped up a notch. Not every chick-fil-a item is on the menu at this restaurant. Would recommend for a quick bite.
This is an Express store that was made for college students and employed by the dining program at Drexel. So essentially there's 3 menu items total and the employees don't say "my pleasure" which really disappointing.
Limited Options, expected for an Express Version of the chain.
Customer service is nice enough.
Food is hot.
Would only recommend for Drexel Student due to acceptance of Drexel's Dining card system.
The chicken is delicious and the fries are lovely. My only issue is that the staff can be grumpy and the price is a little bit high for the portions offered
The food is fine and usually fresh, but the cooks kind of take their time and the cashiers take even longer, even when there's a long line.
This is a "Chick-fil-A express" rather than a normal Chick-fil-A. We got there maybe 10 minutes before closing, and the sandwiches available were very plain, with no pickles, and they were out of fries. It was not enough for a real meal.
At a Chick-fil-A express, the options are already limited (with no shakes, for example) ; being out of fries and the lack of pickles was even more disappointing. I think Chick-fil-A should just have regular restaurants instead of the "express" locations.
Might be the worst one in existence. Can't use any gift cards since it's an express and the food is mediocre for chick fil a standard.
While you are still getting Chick-fil-a food, you won't be getting the same experience as a normal Chick-fil-A.
The crew there when I went was joking around behind the counter while me and a couple others were waiting at an empty register. We had to ask to be checked out.
