Chickie's & Pete's, Philadelphia PA

Update: the manager louis reached out to me personally after submitting the online form. He understood my frustrations and offered to make me my entire meal on the house whenever I wanted. I gave a time and date and the order came out AMAZING Thank you very much for taking the time to respond to my complaint.

So I ordered 4 meals for delivery, since there's no indoor dining. I figured the food would be wonderful since they don't have anyone in the restaurant. Crab legs, crab cakes and cheeseburger and a cheese steak. And of course crab fries. All of which was >$90. The crab legs were old and barely could get any meat from them. The crab cakes were thrown in a container and came to me in peieces. The crab fries were soggy.
I wanted to support a local business during these tough times but I'll never waste money there again.

Please do not order from them through door dash. They don't seal up your bag. Your food is expose to the driver (stranger). The driver will help themselves to your food like they did me. The driver Carlos took my crabs.

Everything was fresh and aromatic! The helping of mussels was unbelievabe! The shrimp were perfect and the hot roast pork was delicious! Can't wait to order again Can I order alcoholic beverages to go also?

Crabs and shrimp cooked to perfection! Sadly the fries were soft but if they changed their containers to the aluminum tins, I think they would keep better.

Food was Awful.and that's being polite. Crabcake on the sandwich was mostly bread I mean like 90% bread 9% crabmeat 1% spices and the mussels were too spicy all u tasted was pepper couldn't even taste the seafood.forgot to mention that my glass with my drink on it was dirty.had so.e particles it.the server replaced it.apologized said that it wasn't thoroughly rinsed out.made me a new drink in a clean that was actually good.

Vibe didn’t feel welcoming. Mostly from host. Ended up leaving for a better experience at Roosevelt Blvd location.

Needed to sit down. Lobster cheesesreak, lobster raw way overpriced. Waitress was nice saw I wasn't feeling well.

It's been a long time since I was there. I do remember it being a fun night out. I usually went to the other Chickie and Pete's on the Blvd.

Live The original Robbins Ave Location. The staff is friendly and fast and never a rush for you to leave. Seafood fresh, beer cold

Best of I have been weekends. A lot of beers assortments. Delicious foods especially chikie wings. Highly recommended

Was never a big Chickie and Pete's fan but gf has never been here and she wanted to try it. So not really fair to post about the drinks or food faire since I am already biased against them. Nothing personal. Just don't care for them.

Small and cozy. Great burgers. Staff is friendly and they usually have sports on. Probably not great for larger groups as there is limited seating.

If you haven't tried the original.you're a poser. Experience Chickie's and Pete's in the spot that made them famous! Please tip well, they have a lot of cheapos.

Good experience, good food, good drinks, very friendly and professional staff. Would definetly go again.

Love their crab fries and their burgers are out of this world! I would highly recommend this place!

It's always a good time to visit the original Chickie's and Pete's because this is where everything all started. Seating is very limited so if you decide to go on a day they are busy be prepared to wait a while.

Bartender who served us forgot about our pizza and it came out so late that it was cold and we had to take it to-go.

Great place to eat and watch sports! Great menu selection! Crab fries are awesome! Moderately priced and good selection of beers!

Incredible staff. Cool location. Excellent raw oyster special. Again cool place to go. It still has the local bar feel despite the significant expansion Chickie’s and Pete’s has experienced over the years.

Best old bay fries and cheese steak in the northeast! Love this place especially when everything else is closed. Who doesn’t love those fries at 1 am
