Chickie's & Pete's reviews
30The food was great the service was terrible. My food was served as the rest of my table was finishing their meal. I wanted another drink and no one came to our table after we were served. We always liked the original location over the others Never again
Great Philly Staple.
You can never go wrong with some crab fries. If you’re gonna go when a game is on, prepare to wait or get there early.
It’s an excellent spot to grab a beer and eat some food.
This is where I’d bring someone whose visiting Philly.
I like here Salmon burger, French fry, very good, but Crab legs, not much meat, very thin, too salty, sauce is not very good,Crab legs not recommended
My parents and brother got the bbq burger and they loved it. I got the Green field salad (i think thats the name) with apple cider vinegarette and it was so sweet (the salad also had cranberries and pecans omg yum). The service and cozy atmosphere made our experience great. We will always go to Chickie's and Pete's when we want a cozy dinner (and to celebrate)!
There alcohol prices are more expensive then places I've been to in cc. I thought this was a neighborhood type of bar/restaurant.
Dirty! Smells like dirty rags, food awful, fries Cold & Hard as a rock, crab legs were chewy, place is flirty, bathrooms disgusting. This Neighborhood Establishment has gone to the dumps. So sad.
Usually very good, not so much last time. Last time there had the roast pork sandwich, very very fatty. Have had this sandwich numerous times before and it has always been excellent. What happened?
Bad service they are racist I went there with my mom and everything they gave me was cold they never went to the table to ask if everything was alraigth they was giving a better service to the white people better then us waitress was on the phone all the time we was there bad services they wasent professional they didn't even gave us a good afternoon are thank you for coming they didn't sead nothing.
My husband and I live in Delaware and we decided to give Chickie's & Petes a go because of the Crabby fries that we had at sporting events and amusement parks. When I tell you nothing but awesome service from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out. We sat at the bar. Our bartender his name was Dennis. He was excellent. The food was delicious and reasonably priced and to top everything thing off the ladies bathroom was super clean and smelled good.
We most definitely will patronize this establishment again.
One of my favorite spots. Casual sports bar with Great seafood fare. My fiance and I eat here twice a month at least. I love the baby lobster tails and crab fries. The burgers are out of this world. I most recently went last Friday for national crab day and got a treat. The special was loaded crab fries! Old bay seasoned fries topped with lump crab meat, garlic aioli, and their signature cheese sauce. It disappeared in 5 min! Why was this a one day option? All the components are on the menu to make this dish everyday. Hey Chickie and Pete, put loaded crab fries on the regular menu!
