Children's Dental Surgery of Malvern

The front staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very kind. I am a nurse and I am always looking for professionalism. The front staff is top notch. The nurse called my 6 year old and I back right on time. The nurse was so sweet to my son and I. We were not rushed and my questions were answered. I then met the anesthesiologist who was just Fantastic. He explained in detail what he was going to do. Then we met the surgical nurse who again was very kind, caring, and informative. My son had trouble coming out of the anesthesia, which is totally normal. It can be scary even for me who is a nurse to see your child like that. Our nurse put on her A plus plus game. The dentist was extremely friendly and caring as well. She explained everything on the plan. She said she would come tell me if anything differed from the plan. She had very very caring gentle eyes. The eyes are the window to the soul. She was a tooth angel. My son had his work done and we were allowed to stay as long as we wanted to keep checking my son's vitals. I read reviews about them rushing you out. Absolutely no I can't say enough how we were told to take our time. She kept trying to take his vitals Bless her heart but he was so upset. I can tell you the nurse did everything In her power to help. I know it's difficult to see your child in any state but a happy state. Anesthesia unfortunately hits everyone differently. My son has no swelling, mouth pain, etc. He didn't even need Tylenol or Motrin. That is how skilled the dentist is! He has mild bruising from the iv but that's it! If you love your child bring them here! I would give them a gazillion stars if I could. I would love to hug every single one of the nurses, anesthesiologist, and dentist for all they did. I guess by typing this I am virtually hugging them. Thank you to you all for caring for my heart and soul, my son. I as a nurse and Mom highly recommend this absolutely amazing dental surgery center. I hope my son is done with dental work. Most likely no and I will put my heart and soul back in their capable hands. I did get a follow up call this morning to check on him. This place truly cares for their young patients. Thank you so very much

My son went here for two cavities and came out with more than just fillings almost a mouthful of crowns. It's all about the business of making money not about your children or a healthy smile. The oath Dr take is way out the window here. Please go elsewhere. The insurance companies and BBB need to look into this place. God bless!

I was apprehensive about my son needing to be put under for dental work and after reading some negative reviews on here was even more nervous about it. I had considered looking elsewhere but so glad I chose to keep our appointment. From check in to recovery the staff was all very friendly, kind, caring and knowledgeable. The nurses were all great as well as the anesthesiologist and doctor. All took their time to go over what would be done that day and how they would proceed. I felt reassured and confident as he was rolled off to the O. R. After the procedure the doctor came out and went over everything that was done and about a plan for follow up with our dentist. The nurses clearly explained instructions and we were sent home with a packet with all she went over with me so I could refer to it at home. We were able to wait in recovery for as long as needed. We actually had to wait until my husband came to pick us up and no one rushed us or anything. I was very pleased with everything and thankful for the care we received today.

Don't take your children here. I have a medically fragile child with multiple medical conditions, which required his hematologist to approve the surgery. The day of the surgery he was post op and staff said he had excessive bleeding. Staff that day did not know he had bleeding conditions until my wife told them and they still didn't call his hematologist of record. Upon following up 3 days later, even the person following up had no idea of anything dealing with my child asking if he was eating (no he has a gtube).

Take your chdren here only if you hate them, and only suggest this place to people you hate. In other words. STAY AWAY!

My son was given toradol without consent and was rushed out of recovery with our child still sedated. Took hours for him to come too, we were very nervous with him coming home like that, expressed concern and was told all vitals were fine and to get him dressed.

My son had surgery here several months ago, and the only reason I'm posting a review publicly now is because I don't want another family to be put in a financial situation they can't handle. I paid $3,600 out of pocket within a two week timeframe for my son to have several fillings done. That is too much money to demand prior to a procedure. I knew it would cost $1,800 for the medical side, but the amount for the dental side was not specified to me, not was it handled properly because the wrong dental insurance data was entered into the system. While I do understand that payment ahead of time is required, I propose that your company incorporates a LIMIT on how much of a payment you can demand prior to a procedure. I'm lucky that I'm in a financial situation where I was able to put up a large amount of money in a short amount of time, but most people aren't as fortunate. The reason I gave two stars is because the medical staff did a great job taking care of my son, but the administrative staff needs to be replaced. I would consider going back to your company if the administrative staff were more professional.

Our son had surgery here today (2nd time at this location). These women and men are wonderful. I really wish I knew all their names. His nurse was Regina, and she was awesome. I was super worried and she was incredibly calm. She walked my son around, sat with him at her desk and gave me a second to breathe (so much so he preferred her over me!) Dr. Jennifer Pinero was his dental surgeon and she is phenomenal! Very knowledgeable, and her bedside manner is so appreciated by a nervous mom! Thank you to everyone there who worked with my son, I'm beyond grateful for your knowledge, patience and care! Thank you! -The Casey Family

My son had to have a molar removed after it broke and I was very worried about surgery. After reading some reviews I was even more nervous but everything went great and very quickly. They were super informative and every staff member was friendly and attentive. Very professional and hospital like setting. I would come back if needed in the future!

Let me start off with this place is amazing!
I am not going to lie, after reading reviews I was SUPER close to canceling my sons surgery. I thought about it for a month & I even almost backed out the morning of! However I am so glad I didn’t! My son is 2 years of age, these men and women made him feel extremely comfortable and were SUPER friendly. The atmosphere was very clean, quite & cozy. It was very fast, but Thorough.very professional and I am so glad I didn’t judge them by the bad experiences people had! THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was a mess extremely worried, I am glad it’s all over with. HIGHLY recommended! As much as I love you guys I hope we never have to return! However if we do I will know my son/daughter are in AMAZING care! Thank you thank you thank!

I cant respond to reviews. Owner says the office spoke to me BUT the issue has not been resolved see below for kirstin t. I want a call back as of July 10th, 2020. I need to speak with the billing manager. I obviously would not have to keep writing reviews if you called me back! It's very rude to comment here but not call me directly. I am still being billed after an appeal and need to speak with someone as it is not my responsibility that you told me it would be covered and it is not! I am still having this issue and I want a call back ASAP!

I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter had a cavity filled with anesthesia involved. I was told by the billing department of this office everything was covered and at no cost to me. 6 months later I get a $1200 bill for anesthesia. Come to find out it is actually not covered by the plan. Now I am stuck with a bill and my credit will be affected. Had I known originally it would not be covered, she would not have gone to the office.thanks!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Anesthesiologist was amazing! It was a pleasant experience at the facility. It was clean, organized, and well staffed. Very smooth and easy visit. Thank you, for taking care of my little angel baby!

They nurses and doctors were nice but the wait time ridiculous. I got there at 915am and my son didnt get called back until noon

Very rude. They treated my son very unprofessional. My son is autistic. They weren’t equipped to deal with autism. My son had bruises on his arms and face. They were very rough with my son. He was bleeding from his nose and threw me and my son out of the office because my son was having an attack and was screaming. The office staff said he was bothering everyone else that was there for surgery. My son was covered in blood. They didn’t clean him. I will never go back there again.

My son's post dental surgery experience was not bad. No swelling mouth and cut inside mouth. He had a bad experience at another dental clinic for two filling tooth while waking with too damage inside mouth. I'd rather him to be in the sedation that they suggested. The dentist did do a great job fixing filling white and one crown. They actually provided sign language interpreter when I requested in the advance of the time. Many of the staff are polite and caring.

From check in to discharge was awesome! I am so happy with this visit! The nurses were so awesome! I recommend this place to everyone!

Horrible experience! My son went there to have cavities fixed. I was told by his dentist that he needed 1 crown a a friend fillings. He came out with 7 silver crowns.

To top that they would not give him anything for pain. My 4yr old is screaming and crying because of pain and I was told give him ibuprofen when you get home. Even when I go to dentist as an adult I am given pain meds before leaving when needed.

The facility was very clean. When they found there was something wrong with the procedure, they let me know right away.

The staff there was amazing with my daughter. And they made her feel comfortable while she was their. Thank you guys so much.
