Children's Dental Surgery of Malvern

My child had already scene the dentist n had x-rays n was told he had 3 cavities n he might possibly need a cal.he came out with 8 silver caps! How in the world could this change that much n so bad that he would need that many caps? !? I think it's an insurance thing.this is ridiculous!

The best place for children! The staff, nurse’s and dentist are amazing! We had an extremely awesome visit!

Surgery was goodbbut one of the staff member was very rude, she took my child from my arms very rudely without even informing me that she is taking to the surgery room, also they didn’t provide the required information after the surgery.

Today my nephew was scheduled to have work done, however someone dropped the ball. He has a blood disordered and this was well informed by his parents and grandparent record from CHOP was provided to his primary dentist.but the surgery center never received.now here is a 5year old not being able to eat or drink for almost 3hours.which is too long
i feel when a confirmation was given either the surgery center or primary dentist should have been responsible for making sure all the I’s were dotted and T’s were crossed
