Quite expensive price and the service seemed for children, when they brought me the rice there was not even a ladle served. Disappointed, I don't come back

Really great place! I was amazed how nice and clean it was there! We also brought a whole basketball team and the service was really great and quick! The servers were nice and asked questions so that was really nice! They also took extra mile to help us with menus and make our experience even better! We will definitely go there again!

We went around 1pm. We were sat immediately. Excellent service. Food came out fast. Great visit.

The food was ok, the service was good, although I'm an empty restaurant during a pandemic, I'm not sure why you dear everyone in the same section. I was disappointed in the fixings for the fajitas, enough cheese for only 1

Waited at the counter to be seated along with a family and a man who was picking up. After about 10 minutes I walked to the bar and asked if anyone was working the front. The woman said she’d be with HIM as in the family before me in a second. I said ok thanks. We were approached someone who said they were short staffed and apologized. I understand being short staffed but when multiple servers are going to tables near you and not saying someone will be with you in a second - is completely unacceptable. They had someone walking around sweeping the floor… they couldn’t of had him seating customers? Our waitress got our order completely wrong due to not writing it down and even forgot our appetizer. A waste of money even going to this location.

We were seated pretty quickly. Our waiter was friendly. Our food was good. A little packed for the night but food still came out fast. Kids really enjoyed their food. Everything was good here. There was an abundance of food and everything was hot and fresh. Really can’t beat the 2 for $25 meal deal.

Buffalo chicken ranch is where it's at, that at the chips and salsa are always a good choice.

Food was less then warm server was ok not to friendly overall I will never go there again they need a new cook and new servers

Terrible cold old French fries. Cold burger. But the waitress was nice. The Chili was nothing but seasoned beef in a bowl.corn was soggy and old

The only bad part was a fly in my first drink, but they replaced it with no other problem. Food was great service was great also.

The service was horrible. I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta with the Cajun seasoning on the side after being mistreated at the front and told to go to the side door to place an order and to leave the menu because they have menu's in the back, I get to the back to wait 15 minutes before people walking back and forth acknowledge I am there. I placed an order with the only helpful person in the store because Joe could not be found to have him toss my food at me.

Had an awesome dish of Chicken and Waffles. The server was amazing and treated us phenomenally even though the place was short staffed. Thanks!

In our order, we were to have BLACK BEANS, and was serve PINK BEANS. When ask they said it was BLACK BEANS. Regardless when mention server just walk away, like they did't like to be question, or care. Also missing, items, had to ask for them.

Food is consistently good. We order delivery from Chili's frequently. My only wish is that they follow in the footsteps of Chick-fil-A and Domino's with using their own delivery services.

It gets really expensive to pay a $3 service fee and a $3-$5 delivery fee + a tip. $20 for $40 worth of food is extremely expensive.

The hostess had us wait 15 minutes to be seated while half of the restaurant was empty. Once she finally sat us at a table we were told we could access the menu on the app from our phone. When I told her I wanted a real menu it was a fight and she was extremely rude about it and didn't want to give me a real menu. The waitress was very sweet and attentive but the food was horrible. Everything we ordered was disgusting. We both got hamburgers with bacon on them. The bacon was so undercooked that I questioned whether or not we would get sick. We ordered the burgers well done and they came out pink. The french fries were completely undercooked and over salted. We had deep fried pickles for an appetizer that were ok. We ended up paying $60 for food we didn't even eat. I took it home to feed my outside animals. The bathrooms were atrocious. The men's bathroom had urine all over the floor and the woman's bathroom wasn't much cleaner. By the way apparently corporate people were there that evening and they were all congregating in front of the bathrooms. I stood behind this group of people waiting to enter the bathroom patiently and I was never acknowledged for over a minute. I finally said excuse me and walked by them. I would never eat here again.

This place is straight garbage. Curb side dosent happen they refuse to come outside so there is only pickup. The food is awful. First time as you can see my med stake was burnt and trust it was hard to even attempt to eat. The 2nd time the fajitas was cold, rice was hard as the sidewalk, steak was like warm but shrimp and chicken seems hot. Customer services need helps there seems to be no management at this place. The obviously do not care check other reviews. Give chilis a bad name at times.

Our server Amy had an attitude and wasn’t attentive at all. She made us wait 10 minutes to greet us, then another 15 minutes for a sprite.mind you, The restaurant wasn’t busy. Everything we asked she had a smart response. She ignored us half the time and had to keep calling her over. The drink she made me from the bar was terrible, so I told her I didn’t like it and she snatched it off the table & said “well what else did you want”. The food was disgusting and tasted old and as if it had been sitting for at least 20 minutes under a heater before coming to our table. The brisket had mold on it, YES MOLD. The bbq chicken was undercooked, my chicken crispers tasted as if they were fried in old oil and were super soggy. The manager Susan came over and was very confrontational and had an aggressive remark for everything I told her and tried to stick up for Amy’s terrible behavior and the disgusting, moldy food. It was a terrible experience over all and I will never be returning to Chili’s, EVER again.

It's a chain restaurant, you've got a pretty good idea of what you will get.

This one had nice, efficient, friendly staff on this shift. The food was prepared correctly and served hot. The location is clean and in good repair.

Only negative if significant traffic due to it's proximity to the mall.

As of right now it's the worst experience I've had with them as a whole. Been trying to call them to correct an online takeout order but the line is constantly busy. This is a problem because I am given no other alternative than to call, and since they don't seem to want to answer there is little I can do.

I already started demolishing the food once it hit the table lol.
It was good, the service wasn’t bad, drinks were good but not the strongest. Food is cheap. It’s goood spot if you’re not looking for anything fancy.
