Chili's Grill & Bar, King of Prussia PA

Enjoyed for years dining here but please beware of curbside pick up. Such a horrible service that you might as well pick your food inside the restaurant. Still unsure why they advertise this convenience. Curbside server forgot to bring my food when it was ready. Was waiting 15 minutes after the app said it was ready. Had to call the restaurant twice. First time I inquired, the response from the person that answered was "You have to wait" and was left with the phone unhooked. No respect! Waited about 7 minutes and called again. This time I said that I was left on the phone with the stores end unhooked and that my food has been ready for a while. Response: "Who are you? Are you Mark? " Told him my correct name and then finally was told that it's ready but I need to wait until he was "done". Finally, my food comes out and was told the following apology by the server, "my bad". I said, "You do realize my food has been ready for over 15 minutes and now it's cold! ". His response, "It ain't cold, it just came out". Knowing he lied to me, I thanked him anyways and went on my way back home to microwave my food back to warm again.
