Chipotle Mexican Grill, Hershey PA

Worst chipotle around by a mile. Consistently messed up mobile orders, don't read order notes, very inconsistent portion sizes. Go somewhere else.

Service was good. Food was delicious just a comment on the guacamole. Finding rather large chunks of onion in the guacamole was not a fan. Some feedback for preparing that mince the onions.

They lied to me. I said to them nice people is your food going to be spicy. I don't like spicy food they said to me why no sir it is not. Five minutes later as I'm fleeing down the street screaming in agony searching for a fire extinguisher to shove down my throat I decided that I don't want to go back here and unless you want to have to put a fire extinguisher down your throat I recommend you don't either although their food is tasty so it is a bit of a conundrum

Very inconsistent in orders. When the order is correct and all ingredients are equally applied, it's great. Getting a bowl with little meat and tons of rice is not a good day here.

Nice employees but the food isn't. Rice was hard and beans were bland. Service is only reason I give 3 stars

My burrito was super soggy because the staff put a huge glob of sour cream on it when I asked for a little. He also put tomatoes on it when I didn’t ask for them. He wasn’t listening to my order. He was moving too fast.

There was barely any meat in my bowl. I asked for extra rice and beans and it was lacking also.

Used the app to place 11 orders. All came perfect and ready when I arrived for pickup! My house of high school girls were thrilled!

The veggie bowl is always excellent. The best lunch meal I can get. My mouth tingles just thinking about it.

Restaurant was very dirty; tables, floors, trash cans full. Chips were stale, food not very taste.

Waited over 20 mins, people were incompetent and took forever. The line was out the door and no effort was made to try and decrease the line.never go to this chipotle lol.

I love their bowl.you can full your hungry tummy with it and it is also healthy.price is also good not costly.if you want to eat something healthy in your low budget then eat there.

This place seems like it's always busy. It never stops me from waiting in line. I'm saying if you pass Chipotle and notice how few people are there, that's your cue to pull in immediately! The staff is great! The place is clean! The food is good, filling, and appropriately priced.

I been to Chipotles before. This one was not my favorite location. The chips that they served were very salty and stale. The other food was good, but the servers act like they were lost.

Chicken in my burrito bowl was undercooked and chewy. They also seem to be significantly decreasing the portion sizes

This is our fave Chipotle in the area. We live in proximity to 3 different locations and the Hershey Chipotle has been consistently great.

Excellent service, we are not from around here so it was a nice change! Wrapping for burrito was a bit starchy, but overall great experience! Workers know what they are doing for sure!

My daughter loves Chipotle and I usally buy from this one in Hershey however today the whole family decided to eat here the food was almost cold not even room temp, hope this was just an off day Hershey Chipotle if not see ya!

I’m not a huge fan of this chain restaurant just because every time I go there, I have stomach issues and discomfort. Not really because of tb beans, probably seasoning or portions. It’s fresh, large, centrally located.
