Chipotle Mexican Grill, Hershey PA

Besides Chipotle being Chipotle the restaurant itself is great. Nice location next to the shops downtown if you are looking for somewhere to eat after shopping. Inside there is plenty of seating along with available tables outside when the weather is nice. Certainly on of the nicer Chipotles that I have been too.

Always great food and really nice service. Parking is a hassle and usually lines are long. Recommend ordering online.

The employees of this location never disappoint. They are on top of everything and it's usually me holding up the progress. They maintain the cleanliness of the facility and everything is always stocked. It might be fast food, but it's always fresh and delicious.

We love this place. My wife is very sensitive to gluten and our accommodation requests can be a pain but they very graciously comply.

They are always good at giving my daughter extra of certain things.they do it without eye rolls and all.she likes and it fills her up

Haven’t been to Chipotle in a while. Found out the reason why. The food quality has gone out the window.

Typical Mexican made-to-order chain restaurant. Wait can be long but that's gonna happen anytime you have picky or indecisive customers in front of you. Quality wise, they're food is pretty good. I personally prefer Moe's though.

Pleasant experience. The burritos at this location are significantly smaller than I've had at any other location. Parking is a challenge.

I dont know what the hell that was, but it was not mexican, texmex or anything in between. All I could taste was lime. This Chipotle would not last a month where I from.

I frequent this location a lot, since I live so close, but recently my experiences have been getting worse. The last time I went there I was given a lot of attitude which seemed to be because I wanted to get too many ingredients in my burrito. Granted, I do order a good size burrito, but let them know they can either double wrap it or put it in a bowl if its easier, and would typically leave tip because of that. Customer Service definitely needs to improve before I go back.

Very hit or miss-sometimes they're slow and portions are too small, other times they're very efficient and generous.

Had my lunch here on the way back from Hershey’s chocolate factory. I like Mexican food. I love chipotle.
