It was time to return my lease vehicle. Gary was extremely knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I was able to be placed into a 2021 Nissan Sentra. It didn't take long before I was driving back home. Fast and pleasant service as usual.

Help was awesome! Only 1 word and 5 minutes later out of the door. Battery in TWO of my remote controls died. Swapped them out for me in an instance. Great service!

Love the entire service department but special Thanks Tyrone my mechanic and Jim from the front desk (Jim the one with the salt and pepper hair and glasses) I would purchase another nissan from Colonial just based on how I have been treated when I have had to come in for service over the past 2+ years. Colonial is lucky to have you 2. With my other car when I went to the dealership it was hours and hours of waiting and always high charges. Here you guys listen to me and make sure that I am satisfied before I leave. I find this service department to be honest, reliable, and friendly.

Employee at desk was rude to me (I asked him to not speak so fast) (I am hearing impaired) and said if I don’t like it at Colonial Nissan that I am welcome to go somewhere else. I could not get the mans name but he had a beard and was young perhaps early 30’s. After I was told my business is not valuable to Colonial; I found a person who said they were the manager sitting in a office across from the cashier. This man seemed to not be interested in my complaint. He said he would look into the situation and continued to go thru his paperwork on his desk. I then just walked away. I also was not allowed in his office and I had to speak to him from outside the door. I was masked up and also aware that he was not and did not try to when I approached him with my complaint.
I have purchased 2 cars from your dealership and I will not purchase from you again. Regardless of not wanting me as a customer the team should have respected me as a 63 year old woman. Shame on your two team members.

No pressure environment and the entire staff were great while we chased around our two year old throughout the showroom. Highly recommend our sales representative Fred, who was great throughout the process.

Got my vehicle from here, very good sales reps and they treat good while selling vehicle. When it’s time to oil change they rip u off. Every time I go there to change oil they ask me to spend as much money as much my monthly car payment and it makes no sense bcz I bought this car brand new from them and it’s not even a year old, very bad after sales service.

Surpassed my expectations again. The team at Colonial Nissan are helpful, efficient and quick, why shop anywhere else.
