I’ve bought two new cars from colonial Nissan in the last five years and they are always easy to negotiate with and are very professional and honest. They went the extra mile on both my cars when I requested they add aftermarket leather and rims… They took care of both requests on both cars prior to my picking them up which was awesome! They also have a great service department… $100 gets you five oil changes! You can’t beat that!

This most recent Lease makes it my sixth lease car from Colonial Nissan in Feasterville, PA. So, I guess they are doing something right! My Salesman Gary always treats me very well. A true Professional. He takes his time with me and always follow up after the Deal is Done! Great job Colonial Nissan!

Not one bad word to say about the people that work at this place. From tom craig and josh very professional and courteous. Helped me get in and out very efficiently. Good people highly recommend buying a car from colonial you guys have a customer for life. Thanks again

Came in because my wireless key fob would no longer start the car. They told me it would be $300 for a new fob + programming, typical overpriced dealership tactics, unfortunately there aren't any other options so really, it's a kind of extortion.

Bill Rose, is an outstanding service writer as is the other gentlemen that manager your appointments. Marc Kay one of the service Manager is friendly and very helpful.

I just bought another Rogue from the dealership. This about about my 12 car in six years. A great experience.

This dealership continues to keep me happy and enjoy visiting for sales and service!

I have been wanting to send this post out for quite some time now. Everytime I thought about the situation and posting the review, I would get upset and mentally exhausted all over again. My horrible experience was at the sales department, across the street from the service department. My husband and I, walked around the parking lot for a 2017 Nissan Maxima when Chris Salmon, the salesman approched us. My husband and I did our research on car prices before we arrived at the dealership. Pertaining to the internet and other offers we received, our knowledge on numbers were credible. However, Chris didn't believe so. After my husband briefly discussed the sales price and price offers we recieved for the 2017 Nissan Maxima, Chris loudly said"what"! "This is an expensive car"! Before I could mention that we were cash paying customers he than replied again with. "pfffff, have a good day". Than walked away. I couldn't believe how ignorant and arrogant he was. I truly can not comprehend how he is able to make sales with such horrible customer service. Needless to say, I went to another dealership and purchased a beautiful 2018 which wasn't a Nissan. I have come to the conclusion of accepting the fact that everything does happen for a reason. Thanks to Chris Salmon!

I had an awesome experience here! Because my car was not running, I had to take an Uber there, and they offered to reimburse me the cost of the Uber. I worked with Ron, who was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and how to get me in one today. I told him my financial situation, and he worked with me every step of the way. I left with a certified pre-owned 2017 Nissan Versa with only 4,000 miles for a low price and a monthly payment I could afford. I am so thankful! Everyone here was pleasant and understanding, and I look forward to going back in the future to getting my next car!

I bought five lug nuts from the parts department and they sold me the wrong ones and when I came back with one old one to match it they didn’t want to help me and I refused to leave until somebody help me they were $10 a lug nut they took all the new Lugnuts and gave me five used ones from the junk drawer in the shop. The guy Mike should retire because he doesn’t want to work anymore and he doesn’t even know what he’s doing in the parts department

Have been doing business with them for almost 9 years. Never had a problem. Always satisfied.
Just bought a 2013 Maxima from Colonial, unfortunately had a transmission problem, but can not say that it was dealers fault. Regular wear and tear. Just so happened to me.
Colonial took care of towing and replaced transmission at no cost to me. It was done very quickly, with no surprises, other then it was done sooner than expected. Plus they provided a loaner vehicle also.
Great job, guys! Keep it up! Thank you.

No one likes having to get repairs done, but when I have to I always take my car to Colonial Nissan.

This is my second time at this dealership and my experience was as great as the first time. Everyone that works there was super cheerful and nice and friendly. I was helped by “Rick Tier”, he was super helpful and nice and I left that day with a new fully loaded car with payments that I can handle. Thanks A lot guys

These guys are truly honest and give you the best deal and service possible. This is the 4th car Ive purchased from Jason and he truly is a man of his word and will give you the bets deal possible. If anything goes wrong, he will make it right and then some. I will be back here for my next car, without a doubt!

I absolutely love the men in the service department including the mechanic. I would never take my car anywhere else unless John Domanico, the only man I will let work on my car, left. I trust John with my life. This group works extremely well together like a well oiled machine. They have become a part of my "family". My car overheated on the hottest day of the summer. I walked in dripping sweat and overheated myself after they towed my car in and they immediately wanted me to sit down and went to get me a cold bottle of water without being asked to do so. How can you not love these guys and feel cared about. I rated them only 5 stars because there wasn't a choice for 100.
