21The room its self was nice. The staff needs to be more informed of financial discrepancy. The charge about $102 for a hold/deposit. Pretty much none of the staff knew why that was a charge and started with some conclusion as to me being double charged. Then once Management was involved she was short and direct and talking over my bank while on the phone. The clerk was polite but the lady acting as supervision was far from professional. She was upset that I was inquiring about the charge thhat I brought it to her attention and made it clear that if it wasnt for the misinformed overnight clerk that this experience would have been great. My advice pay cash and upfront so they cannot do the oldest trick in the book which is charging more. Would not return while that lady still works for them you will get no where.
