Nice place, nothing fancy but people are very professional and friendly. They took a good care of our crazy shepherd mix:) We'll be back.

Dr. Joo has cared for 4 of our cats over these many years. The 3 who are no longer alive each lived to be more than 20 years old. We brought Mr. Kitty to see Dr. Joo this past summer - I was beside myself and ready to give up on him. After thorough examination he was put on a regimen that has changed him. He looks like a kitten again, has a healthy appetite and gets around easily. I don't know of another patient - human or animal who has a better doctor.

Great veterinary care from experienced, skilled and knowledgeable doctors and vet techs. All are friendly, helpful and truly care about providing best diagnosis and treatment for one's furry family members. We've been bringing our cats to Dr. Joo at Cottman Animal Hospital for more than 25 years, and have always had a positive experience.

Friendly and relatively quick appts. Always ask for a price breakdown, though for the most part they're reasonable.

Today I was told by the office, they did not have the ashes of my cat, mimi. I was told again there was a mistake. I do not understand how such a mistake can happen. I am heart broken. I can not believe how thoughtless the office personel were. This was not an easy decision and now Im wondering, questioning what has happened to him.
