Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Downtown / The Notary Hotel, Autograph Collection reviews
26Can't even get anyone to answer the phone. 20 minutes on hold - twice. Front desk refused to give me the meeting room where our event was being held the following morning, told her the corporate office never picked up, then then transferred me to the Airport Marriott where I was able to encounter an even ruder receptionist. Hundred's of other hotels in the are. Don't need this aggravation.
Fantastic location and great service. The service at reception was just classy and great. There is no self parking here just valet although there is public parking around the corner.
Went to the Courtyard by Marriott for a friend's wedding ceremony and reception. The food offered there tasted great at both the cocktail hour and reception and the wait staff was very professional and friendly. Of course the venue was very extravagant and grand in appearance. It was a great experience and a fun wedding there.
Was there for training. Nice place. Would have been a 5 star butt you guys froze me to death all day. But I would live to stay at the courtyard. It was very nice.
Went for a wedding, the space is pretty and is a great Central location in the city. The waitstaff for the event could be a lot better - we had to beg for water, they kept clearing away full glasses of alcohol if we weren't paying enough attention, they didn't know what was in any dish when a person asked an allergy question. I still had a great time and the food was really good.
We stayed here for my husbands conference. It is a wonderful hotel with a great location. Rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfy that you don't want to get up in the mornings. Great bar downstairs. The staff is very friendly. Won't hesitate to stay again!
