CPR Cell Phone Repair King of Prussia

Had a hardware issue with a laptop hinge that broke. I left it there for 30 minutes while they took it apart to see which part needed replaced. They let me know that the part was not available anywhere, but tightened some screws as somewhat of a temporary fix and charged me nothing even though it took up almost an hour of their time.

Great service. My phone would not charge and they solved my issue with a quick cleaning at no charge. Thank you!

I just got my iPhone 8 plus for Christmas and dropped it on ice outside and my screen cracked soooooo bad! I called CPR in King of Prussia and they did not even ask me to make an appointment, had the screen and stock and had my phone fixed the same day in about 30 minutes.the price was about the same as the Apple store but Apple in the mall required an appointment and I had to wait for 3 days to get in. I also brought my Lenovo laptop to CPR in KoP last year to fix my LCD screen and they only charged me about $160 that was pretty good. Bestbuy geek squad wanted twice as much. So very happy customer here.thank you CPR!

Took in an IPad to have a cracked screen replaced. The repair was completed quickly but I did have an issue causing me to take the IPad back again. They were very responsive and repair was completed perfectly.

Nice customer service but beware of lower quality parts. About a month ago the screen of my old iPad mini 5 cracked and I brought it in to be fixed at this location. The folks there were nice and it did cost less than it would with Apple, but when I got my iPad back I noticed that the colors were all muted (especially reds-oranges-pinks). I tried to put up with it but a large reason I have a tablet in the first place was for digital drawing and painting purposes, and I just couldn't use it for that if the device wasn't showing a good portion of the color spectrum. I called and even brought it back in but after a week they called me to say that there was no way they could fix it since Apple keeps their replacement parts under lock and key so CPR uses lower quality replacement parts. I think the clerk I was talking with said they had that information on their website but I couldn't find it anywhere. In the end I got my situation sorted out (but spent Way more than I planned on) and I'm including a picture of the old muted iPad vs the trade in I ended up buying. If you're an artist, or care about the color quality of your devices in general, I'd recommend just going to apple and spending a little more in the short term, instead of spending Way more in the long run.

The evaluation of the cost was lower than the actual price, but everything else was flawless. Very well organized, nice and knowledgeable staff, and they got the job done.

Honest tech support. Ernell the local tech saved me $50.00! When he could have easily replaced my 7s glass instead of telling me I just needed a plastic protector. Great job!

Super nice guy and good quality work! I went in and the price he quote me on was high, 269 to fix my galaxy s6 screen? I thought i was in the wrong place, but then he explained that the galaxy s6 screen is from the factory and it retails for $215 or more plus the labor and that's why the price was high. I believed him and got it done anyways. When i got home i searched the factory screen and yes, it is $215+. I really liked the honesty and he did an amazing job. I would definitely come back again if i needed.

The owner worked hard to track down my replacement parts and organized the repair seamlessly. My son's Galaxy Note 8 was massively expensive to repair, however, and the online estimate of cost bore no resemblance to the actual cost (which is why no 5 stars). Importantly, fast and perfect repair.

Devon was extremely professional and friendly! He fit me in right away and fixed my iPhone quickly! Will definitely use CLR again in the future if I need to. Fingers crossed I don’t though lol! Great service and great customer service. I highly recommend!

CPR had to rescue a disastrous situation with my phone: front screen totally obscured by purple and back screen cracked. They ordered a new screen overnight, and were ready to replace it exactly when they said. I was told it would take an hour and it did. When they tried to replace the back screen it cracked and they immediately ordered me another, called me when it was in, and were expecting me when I arrived. Friendly expert service!

I had two phones with the ringer buttons stuck in the silent position. Devon fixed both phones in about 10 minutes for $10! He was so polite and courteous. I will go here from now on if I have any device problems!

I had an easy experience. I was quoted a price over the phone and walked in the next day. Devon replaced my phone battery. He said it would take 45 minutes and it did.
