CPR Cell Phone Repair King of Prussia reviews
43Our family has used CPR a number of times to deal with a variety of cell phones issues. We've always found them courteous, helpful, efficient, and reasonably priced. We highly recommend them to anyone else.
They told us the wait would be 1 hour waited 30.minutes. The women who handled it was a sweet heart.
What a pleasant surprise! My iPhone broke. The screen cracked. Also, I spilled some water on my iPad. I brought them both to this store near the King of Prussia Mall. The repairs were affordable and fast. And the employees were kind, patient, and understanding. My other phone just brke and I will be returning again, later today, to get that fixed.
I'm glad that I found this place. They repaired my busted up iPad screen by the next day and for a very fair price. Highly recommend!
Devon was great and courteous. The repair was done on time. The tinting of the new screen is a bit different, making the coloring a bit off, but it's nothing bad.
Devon took care of my issues with my iPhone. He was very knowledgeable. He wuickly fixed the cell phone and gave it back to me. He charged me exactly what he estimated he would.great employees make great stores
I dropped my Samsung S7 Active from a counter top. When I picked it up, everything seemed fine. That's why I paid extra for the Active or at least that what AT&T told me. Then I noticed the volume button was stuck in the down position and the phone was locked in safe mode. I went to CPR and Ellie said she could try to repair it but couldn't promise anything. She took it to the repair area and in less than 10 minutes, she was back with my phone working normally. Ellie and CPR are the best.
I have used these guys 7 or 8 times. They are always able to fix my phone and they have a year warranty afterwards. They also sell charging cords for devices from phone's including iPhones and iPads, also tablets. They have covers for all kinds of phone's and tablets. These guys are great. Also if there happens to be an issue after the fix they take care of it no problem.
Customer Service is awesome! Quick diagnosis and turnaround time. Devon is very good! Courteous and accommodating. I live in the city but I drive to KOP when I have an emergency.
Amazing customer service. I dropped my phone off at lunch and they had it done by the time I finished work for the day. 5/5 would recommend.
Ellie was excellent! Courteous and efficient. I had my phone back in an hour, while I sat at the store. I subscribed to Square Trade Warranty service and it was great!
Excellent service! Devon is knowledgeable, courteous and customer focused. I will recommend the store to others!
Devon really helped me get back on the road in about 3 minutes. Best part is he was extremely helpful in telling me what was behind the issue so I didn’t think I was being taken advantage of. Then he hands my phone back to me with full confidence and said you should be good now, I just cleaned the ports. I’ll be bringing every electrical device repair here in the future.
Awesome customer service! Kind, courteous and fast. Fixed our iPhone 6s speaker while we wait. Highly recomend.
Fast. Curteous. Reasonably priced. Most importantly, they repair more than just galaxies and iphones. I was told by 3 other repair centers that my moto z was bricked. They fixed it with absolutely no hesitation. I live a couple hours away and their mail-in process was painless. My only suggestion is to provide tracking numbers for those who do mail their phone in.
I thought my phone was going to have to be replaced (wifi/bluebooth not working), but for a minimal cost it is working again. They were explaining the needed repairs and were able to fix my phone quickly. I would recommend CPR to anyone having phone issues.
Excellent, friendly customer service and fast! CPR was able to successfully repair my Toshiba touchscreen laptop/tablet and keep the touchscreen functionality. Through word of mouth I heard about this business and only heard fantastic comments about them. I compared costs and they were/are very reasonable. I highly recommend them and am sending referrals. Thanks, CPR. I’m beyond pleased with your service.
They fixed my minorly bent iphone 6s with broken glass/lcd and a broken mute slider.
I also needed a battery replacement. All that was only $126!
Great Deal even if you live 40 min away. It was also very fast and fixed in about an hour.
Edit: I’ve changed my rating to 3 stars,
Although they gave me a good screen, my battery I am not sure. My battery life was originally 1-2 hours before the replacement. Now it is 2-4 hours which is an improvement. Although I noticed out of the two charges I’ve had both times when my phone drops to around 6% my phone starts to Lag like it does right before it dies at 1% (with my old battery). It took over a minute to open the settings app. I’m not sure if it is a bad battery or what. They don’t use
Official OEM apple batteries and the capacity of the battery cannot be read by the new IOS 11.3 beta. I will picture the capacity reader below. Battery life does read 100% though.
This is the only place (out of 5) that was able to take care of the problem right the way, others had to order some glue.thank you guys!
Used CPR's web site to inquire about repairing an iPhone 6 Plus with a shattered glass. A few minutes later, received a confirmation email with a price quote. Then called CPR to confirm they were available to fix it as a walk-in, same day. Upon arrival at the store, they were expecting the phone, quickly replaced the glass and installed a shatter-proof protective coating at no additional charge - great experience, highly recommend, lowest price near us.
