Asked a simple question about vitamins and was told to ask the front. So I repeated my question differently just to see if I needed to look somewhere else and was helped by a gentleman who repeatedly told me the vitamins are in alphabetical order. I know this I’m no idiot, but when he told me to check with the front yet again he stormed back behind the counter slamming doors. Drama? ! Next time I won’t ask any questions.

Went in to pickup a prescription on Wednesday, March 18th. It was early in the morning (before 7 am). The Pharmacist seemed to be the only one working and he waited on me. He looked tired. As soon as I told him I had not taken this medication before, he perked up and began giving me loads of very helpful information about potential side effects. He was pleasant throughout.

Rude staff, especially Jill, she was rude with attitude. 15 min tuned to another 15 min so I left. I even called to find out how long would it be to fill in prescription, the never picked up, i ended up driving over.why people like that work with people.there are job for folk that obviously don't wanna deal with another humans

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. The pharmacist was incredibly rude. The doctor sent our prescription to the wrong pharmacy and she refused to even explain what we could do and simply dismissed us after making faces at us. Once we sorted everything out ourselves, she made a comment to her coworker about how she did not want to deal with it. We ended up waiting for a long time to finally have her coworker get our prescription. Save yourself the hassle and time and find somewhere else, even if it's out if the way.

Every time my daughter goes there to fill her prescriptions there is some problem with the one pharmacist. He is arrogant and rude. The doctor has had to call several times to get him straightened out. He should go!

This is a 24hr pharmacy. Mike, younger pharmacist, is an absolute gem. He worked with my doctor and I to get a prior auth through within 24hrs. Yes, the techs can be a little short when it's super busy HOWEVER they treated me with dignity and respect. I hope Mike gets his own CVS because I will follow him due to his level of concern, competency and just being a nice man. 5 stars for you Mike and the taller young woman with braids.

The customers are worse than the co-workers. Staff work hard in the pharmacy, but I truly don't like coming here due to some of the people who shop here. Otherwise, pretty decent place.

The store is fine, but the pharmacy is always understaffed and the wait too long. Even in the middle of a weekday there is always a long line to pick-up prescriptions. Switched to Rite Aid down the street.

I called the pharmacy 3 times, when they finally picked up they told me they weren’t allowed to tell me if they had a medication in stock, and then as I was trying to ask how late they were open the pharmacist hung up on me.

I have been going to this CVS for years and it has consistently been terrible. No matter what time you go, expect to wait a very long time to have a prescription filled-no matter if you are the only one in the store. Truly terrible customer service. I sat next to a woman on a train recently who had moved from my area. She told me what she missed most and then that what she missed least was getting away from the worst CVS pharmacy she had ever experienced. I knew exactly what she meant.

Horrible! I’m here on a project and suffered a severe injury. Saw a Foot & ankle specialist today and decided to fill my script here after work. Big mistake. The Pham “tech” (because i don’t believe she’s a medical professional) KAREN made a very rude and stereotypical comment about filling my script and came up with the most ludicrous on the spot non existent policy I’ve ever heard of. I asked for proof and she said to call corporate which is code word for BS. I currently work in the medical field and judging by her erratic behavior, cvs should be more worried about the employees they put in charge of life threatening situations. What’s the point of staying open 24/7 when you’re useless and clueless!

If I could give a negative amount of "stars" as my rating for CVS Pharmacy in Ardmore, Pa. I would. It doesn't matter who you are, what you are dealing with.even if you are dying, the pharmacists at CVS Ardmore will do anything they can to brush you off! The staff at the pharmacy has no clue what they are doing. They do not communicate with each other, with their customers, or anyone else remotely related to the medical profession. Do not expect them to do anything more than waste your time if you run into any type of snag with insurance/prescription info/doctors, take it from someone who has been through the hassle already. They will lie to you just to get you off the phone line, if they even answer it.

I have been disappointed by this CVS for little things here and there (though it is helpful that it's open 24-hours!) something happened recently that made me want to write a review:

A recent focus for CVS seems to be customer service so they have stationed an employee by the front door to assist with customers' questions or to help them find something. This is great, except several times I have come to the store to see lines of 5+ people and only one register open. Why not use this person to open another register rather than standing by the door and asking people rushing by if they need help?

But here's the annoying thing: during my last visit, I purchased several items that were bagged by the cashier behind the counter. When I left, he only handed me one (of two) bags. I didn't realize I was missing a bag until I got home. When I returned to the store 45 minutes later with my receipt the customer service assistant offered to help (finally- she could do something!) What she did was not helpful. She walked around behind the counter and half-heartedly peeked underneath a few things, looking for my bag. It wasn't there. And of course my previous cashier had left for the day. I asked if I could get some replacement items but she said that it was not the policy of CVS to hand out free items to their customers. I was missing about $12 of merchandise which is like zero dollars for CVS. Great. So I had to leave my name and number "just in case" my bag turned up. They never called because of course they never found my bag. Terrible customer service policy. Zero stars option not available.

It seems that the pharmacy has a dreadfully long wait no matter what time of day it is. The staff up front complete check outs usually pretty quickly

Store staffs and manager are very rude and not professional. System at checkout is not consistent with signs shown in store regarding discount information. When I pointed it out, cashier and manager refused to offer explanation and to give the discount shown on the sign. System also did not take my cvs coupon. When I pointed out, cashier and manager refused to check why and to offer the discount.

Staff range from really nice to extremely rude. The reason it's getting so many stars from me is because it's 24/7 which has saved me on countless occasions.
