Straight trash, there is no way to have your monthly media just sent to your house w/out having to talk to them. Every month for 4 years now. They are trash. Stay away!

I wish there were negative stars. Absolutely the most horrible billing system and staff. Even with the print out, balance is paid, unpaid, self paid geeze. Basic accounting class people. They also charged for returned iv meds, forget to credit payments etc. I could go on and on but I'm sure you get the picture. Unfortunately, I am stuck. They monopolize the market. They only allow me to use their services or Rite Aid. Pathetic. USE ANYONE ELSE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE

12 hours on the phone in the last 2 months because they don't understand "90 say supply".

I travel for a living and need my meds delivered while on the road, I have to plan the delivery location, and they change the date, so now I have to pay my own freight, and risk $10,000 in meds being shipped again.

This is the absolute worst, most convoluted and time wasting "service" on earth. I used to be able to have a prescription submitted to a pharmacy and ready in 30 minutes. It has now been weeks and they haven't responded to any of my questions, let alone provided me with any of my prescribed medications.

I am needing to refill a prescription but after waiting 53 minutes on the phone the first try and 50 minutes the second try with no luck. I tried the online process but did not get anywhere with that. Please someone call me re: my prescription refill.

I’ve called 20 or so times. Can’t get anyone on the phone. My medication is 3 weeks late. Y’all are pathetic.

I’ve only used cvs specialty pharmacy once but I hope to never need to use them again. My medication did arrive on time. However I had to call them numerous times. Getting a different answer from each rep. Spoke with a gentleman that was no and had zero customer service skills and should not have been put into production. He was not ready. I’m grateful to have read the reviews because the reviews let me know how much of a hassle they would be. So I was able to apply more pressure by calling multiple times a day to ensure I got my medication on time.

Call and get a different story of my I can't get my medicine scheduled for delivery.no one goes the extra mile.spend 30-50 mins just waiting to speak with someone.if this pharmacy wasn't my preferred pharmacy I would go somewhere else. I want CVS corporate to call me.so i can complain more about this pharmacy. I will be putting this on the survey when I get it. TO MANY PEOPLE DOING DIFFERENT THINGS. The app has glitches most of the time.

Always on hold for hours on end. Never deliver my meds the day they are supposed to be delivered. Unfortunately my health insurance company contracts with them for my meds so I am forced to get them from here and cannot get them anywhere else. CVS is the reason for the PBM crisis in this country. Look it up. To all the folks who work for CVS.well there is a special place in hell for you. Enjoy!

No stars because over a week later I still haven't received my medication. Everytime I call it's a different story. I'd rather eat sandpaper than have to deal with them again. And yet I may have to. Excruciating

I cringe when I have to reach out to this incompetent band of morons. Very lack luster approach to customer service. They love to throw the ball back in your court and give you a new problem to solve with every call, expect to spend 20+ min with every call. Worst I’ve ever delt with.

I worked there. Too many hands in the pot and zero respect for employees. Was given a raise almost 6 months ago, never retro paid my pay because it didn’t take effect until September.
I just recieved my back pay and haven’t worked there in almost a month. I legitimately feel this was the worst job I’ve ever had, ever.

I only give it a 1 because there is no lower ratings. I have been through at least 4 numbers since CVS is the new speciality pharmacy and just yesterday, I was told the number I called 2 weeks ago is no longer the one I need. It has been changed again. I really liked accredo. They called at least 3 days ahead and 5 ahead if there was a holiday. This CVS doesnt even call. I have to hunt them down.

Worst pharmacy that I ever dealt with. Did not recieve my medication as scheduled every time. Called and asked forr the pharmacy manager and spoke to the supervisor of customer service. He is paid to smooth over the clent and not resolve the issue. This has happened every time since my insurance changed pharmacies. If given the choice I would definately change pharmacies.

Worst service ever. Son on anti rejection drugs for liver transplant, took weeks to get drugs. Also needs meds for Crohn's disease, after being on for ten years is now denied.

I've literally never had a problem with them and have always received my medications quickly and without any issues so I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews?

They are without a doubt the worst people in the world to deal with they are inept dishonest rude disrespectful the fact that my insurance makes me deal with them is infuriating they must be paying insurance companies off to make people have to use them I can't imagine anybody using them that didn't have to

CVS is a joke. ESPECIALLY the specialty pharmacy. I've worked there, I know what goes on and I'm embarrassed to even have CVS on my resume. I'm sorry to anyone that gets their medication from there or has to deal with them EVER. That entire company is a joke. That is the last place you should get your medication filled. ESPECIALLY the specialty mail pharmacy. Complete garbage from HR to management to the employees.
