24Am now on my fifth call to try to get a prescription filled, they are so incompetent it is really frightening, if only my employer would choose someone else to provide prescription coverage.
Horrible customer service. I've had 3 deliveries cancelled since Saturday due to clerical issues on their end. When the deliveries have been cancelled I have heard nothing from the pharmacy to notify me. Their actions show they do not care about their patients. Past specialty pharmacies have gone above and beyond to ensure delivery, this pharmacy can't even ensure that your medication will be shipped from their facility. If you have any other options for a specialty pharmacy, take it.
The spawns of Satan, no doubt. Over 15 phone calls to get my prescription filled- denying that they have script, five days to "process" script, trying to charge $140 more, delaying refills. Truly horrific company.
Worst pharmacy ever. Had 5 issues so far with delaying my medicine on their end. Nothing to add.
