Cycle Max, Honey Brook PA

I love cycle max but as of now, they are nearly empty and the service provided is still amazingly friendly and i can't wait to go when inventory is up. Great store if anything is needed they will order it for you

Friendly but slow as molasses. Took my bike in to get sprockets and chain and oil done. First it was gunna be a week for parts, now it’s been 2 weeks and still ain’t done. I’m just super impatient lol

Just recently drop my 2002 Yamaha R1 for service.hope I get a experience.i give a 3 Star for now.now sure how will turns out.more great reviews then negative.

Brian is a gem! I connected with him a year ago during lockdown as a later-in-life newcomer to motorcycles. Researching bikes became a mental vacation and Brian happily became my tour guide.

Getting my license endorsement and buying a bike gave me something to look forward to during the pandemic. Today I picked up my new Z400 - a bike that is perfect for me that I never would have even considered without Brian’s sage advice!

Brian is always knowledgeable and made great recommendations along the way. It’s tough to find someone so well versed who is so patient with newbies. If there was a PhD in power sports, Brian would be a full-fledged Professor.

CycleMax is a throwback, family owned dealership and provides an authentic experience lost at corporate megadealers. Pricing was fair and transparent - really couldn’t have found a better dealer or sales manager get me past thinking about riding and on my first motorcycle.

The staff at cycle max are great in all departments, whether your getting your bike serviced or looking to purchase a bike, it seem like their goal is to quickly get you back out so you can spend more time enjoying your toy then waiting around. But I have to point out one person that is not only good at his job but has gone more and beyond his job. His name is Ryan and he works in the parts department, give him the year make and model and he will get you prices to find you the best deal to fit your budget, then order it and have it there the next day or 3 to 5 days with speciality part. He's the one call by name for my parts and return everytime when I need upgrades for my bikes. Tell Ryan I sent you. Now there is only one con for cycle max and that is they do not allow test drives, it more like you have to buy to try type deal and it sucks but they make sure they still fit you with the right bike so you leave happy. Over all I give cycle max a 9 out of 10.

I have been using Cyclemax since 2012 when we moved from Philadelphia to Honey Brook they do an excellent job at a reasonable price I would refer them to anyone

I'm disappointed.

I called Cycle Max June 19th, and they were booked till July 8th. However, that was average wait time for motorcycle service shops in the area, so I scheduled the appt. I needed inspection, a new muffler, and some light bulbs and I let them know this was what I needed done. I dropped off my motorcycle July 7th and they promptly called and told me they would get it done.

However, I didn't hear back from them. I called July 17th, 9 days later, and asked for an update. They told me that they had me on the schedule for service sometime at the end of July, approximately 3 weeks after my scheduled appt day and 6 weeks after I had called for an appt.

Needless to say, I'm a little disappointed. I wanted to ride my motorcycle this summer, and not keep it in a mechanics garage.: (

Can't say enough about this dealership. Very easy to deal with from sales parts and service. Never had an easier experience dealing with them. Always a pleasure when I go there. Yes there are closer dealerships to me but I will drive past them and come he.

Awesome place to get parts or service, texted me accordingly as my parts arrived. Staff is super personable, knowledgeable and great people. You get what you pay for here without a doubt. Even returning items was a breeze. 5/5

Shoutout to Ryan he’s the man

These people are incompetent. Dropped off a generator for repair and waited three weeks for them to tell me that they’re NOT A GENERATOR DEALER and they can’t order parts. Probably the dumbest repair encounter I’ve ever had.

Worst place to get your bike fixed. They took 2 months to do my top end even tho they said they would have it done in a week or 2, the mechanic is rude and mean, all they have are excuses after excuses, they don’t call you about your bike or anything, place is horrible and it can go to hell

I had an excellent buying experience here, Brian and the rest of the team were excellent. They were very laid back while I was investigating the idea of buying a side by side and patiently answered all of my questions. The whole process was very smooth and I'm very happy that I went here. Decided on the Honda Pioneer 1000 and it's been a great little workhorse. Will be back!

I made the mistake of trying to buy a bike here only to be jerked around over and over.poor attitude and even worse communication.

Just purchased my 2nd Polaris RZR from here. Brian was very helpful and I couldn't ask for a smoother transaction.
