The store is great, they have a huge stock of new and used motorcycles. We bought a used 2004 Suzuki that looks and runs like new. The staff is very friendly.from Sales to Service - as we lowered the bike before picking it up - and they make the buying process very easy for us, I would definitely recommend this store.

Went online to buy a bike, had no problems. When I went to go pick it up the staff was professional and made me feel like an old time friend. Love that place and I will be returning every time my bike needs anything. They even helped load the bike on to my truck after closing hours. Thanks again guys. Ur the best.

After inquiring at several motorcycle dealers nearer to me, I found that they were all trying to charge me ridiculous amounts of fees on top of the MSRP.
Cyclemax didn't try any of those shenanigans. What the sale price says is what they charge. No shady handling fee, no fine print, not even destination fees. After my $250 veteran rebate from Kawasaki, Cyclemax charged me $5,050 for a $5,300 bike.
I put my deposit down on the bike over the phone and sent my insurance proof the day prior to officially purchasing the bike. We walked into the dealership and the next thing my wife and I knew, we were leaving the lot with my new bike. Couldn't have been a better experience.
Rand was awesome. He was very patient when I spent hours wandering the store sitting on nearly every bike I saw. Thanks to him I was able to figure out exactly which bike I was most comfortable on and he was very attentive throughout the entire process. He even helped secure my bike in my truck bed. Friendly and down to earth dude. Brian from finance was great as well.

Even if you live closer to other powersport dealers, do yourself a favor and check out Cyclemax. It'll be worth the ride!

I've been going to Cycle Max for years. I've bought parts at first then decided to purchase a quad and other fun machines over the years. Now anyone that knows me, knows I'm very picky, the sales staff knows this as well. This doesn't bother them one bit because they're very knowledgeable about their products and offer a great deal as well. I have and will continue to recommend Cycle Max as the place to purchase motorcycles and other power sport machines. Thank you Cycle Max for being a great place to shop!

I took in a 30 year old honda xr600 and with no hesitation, they were ready to dig in to see what they could do for me. Service was excellent and kept in touch with the things being done to it. The bike has never ran better. Just recently took an 05 Yamaha vmax in and they started to work on it before we even left the parking lot. They really do have the best mechanics. Very pleased with our experience and will always be coming here for whatever service we may need. Thumbs up, good job.

Went in to lower motorcycle and inspect a bike I purchased The service department and parts dept.were very helpful. Brian in service kept me up dated on what was needed for the bike. Picked up the bike and was very satisfied with the work performed.

MSRP minus any manufacturer incentives, even for a very recent repeat customer. Meanwhile, other places in PA offering good discounts plus accessories, etc. Travel a little, save a lot IMHO.
