Stood in line for 25 mins only to be told at exactly 9pm that they were now closed. That’s the most unprofessional and inconsiderate thing you could have possibly done. They should have came outside 30 mins before close and made a cut off to the line. Total BS

Can’t wait to be able to order on doordash and Grubhub. Please update your menu on doordash. I can only order cake.

I only went to the drive thru, so I can't comment on the indoor service. That's the reason for the 4 star rating. Everything was fine with the drive thru. Quick in/out service.

The ice cream cone that I got was super good and hit the spot!

Been in line since 805pm. Still haven't placed order! It's 8: 25 very, very slow. Not enough staff. Wont be back

Good ice cream, never had food there but others love it. Drive through is another plus. Try butterfinger blizzard, ice cream confection buster bar.

I'm sorry to say i had a bad experience i got sick from the food i had and some of the sauces were way out dated i'm sorry to say i can't eat here anymore good luck in the future.

We went for ice cream and ended up ordering burgers and fries. OMGosh were they good. We got small sundaes afterwards. Staff was very polite.

Ever since COVID came, the folks here have been doing a great job of keeping the treats flowing.

This Dairy Queen always has bunches of staff to keep waits to a minimum.they are always curious and listen to any specific instructions you want and they follow through perfectly! There's lots of parking available and bunches of space to enjoy eating there! ALWAYS CLEAN and NO trash around at all.
We drive from Bethel Park to THIS VERY WELL RUN, MANAGED, CLEAN DAIRY QUEEN in FINLEYVILLE because the one in Bethel Park Rt. 88 hires the laziest people ever that don't know, don't care about products, orders or customers plus waits/lines building.
DAIRY QUEEN FINLEYVILLE has great made to order food with generous fresh portions. They are NEVER out of any products over the several years we have been going. The staff is FRIENDLY and you can see its not just the training they had they really like and care about where they work. The staff all help eachother and keep things moving without missing a beat in a family's order that has special requests! Now I am craving my ROYAL REESES with extra brownie and that yummy dreamy peanut butter shoot through the blizzard. ON MY WAY!

Drove up to see what the hours were, they had closed, and one of the workers inside mouthed " we're closed" and flicked us off. I had 3 people in my vehicle to witness this and a car beside us. Real nice way to treat potebtial customers.

I used to love DQ years ago! But recent years it’s just gotten worse and worse. Raised prices on everything and quality of food got worse. Blizzards are good though.

Friendly staff but LEARN HOW TO PROPERLY MIX MY BLIZZARD. I cannot explain how many times I’ve left a Dairy Queen and after two minutes into my blizzard it’s just vanilla ice cream.

Used to go here a lot several times a week when working a ton of hours. Last 3 times i went the order was wrong, order a double get a single, ever time. Im done.

Quite frankly their service is absolutely terrible. I've been there several times and the orders are inaccurate more often than not. The employees are generally unpleasant.

Stopped in for a burger before work. Classic example of why fast food employees dont deserve $15 an hour. The burger was sloppy, too much, by far Im not picky, of every condiment, it literally oozed out all over just from holding it. Pretty much gross.

Secondly the owner/ management should be ashamed. What kind of restaurants does not provide a restroom? Thats plain tacky and rude; it shows complete disrespect and lack of appreciation for patrons. Wont be going here again.

No indoor eating capability. Small indoor ordering area. Needs to be expanded for better service.

Very friendly staff and it is a Dairy Queen. Love the soft serve ice cream. They are open all year long with a drive thru window. Yum!

When I say some extra stuff in the blizzard, boy do they deliver! Staff is always friendly and since we are new to the area, it has become our favorite snack shop to hit on the weeknight!

Never really have a need to go anywhere else for Ice cream! Moo latte is my fave also chicken basket.with graaaavy! I do not mind the wait for food, just means it's real food! Not a plastic happy meal
