Dairy Queen Grill & Chill reviews
26Hamburgers meals are my fav but this place doesnt bet al's cone zone on 885 in jefferson hills pa. The only thing I like hear is the cookie cakes & ice cream cakes. Best soft serve ice cream is def better at al cone zone on portion & cost
Seems to be a fairly typical ice cream stand. Orders are taken at a window. No inside seating is available. Store may not participate in nationally advertised corporate promotions.
Worst place to go for ice cream. The last few times I've gone here, they BARELY put any toppings on (asked for Hawaiian and after three bites, the rest of the blizzard is vinella ice cream. Same thing happened whenever I asked for New York cheesecake.) Also, the staff are teenagers with way too much attidtude who slammed the window in my face. A waste of money and this DQ should just shut down, which is a shame since it used to be so nice before it went downhill.
What can I say - it's ice cream. The staff has always been friendly when I was there. The newly renovated drive thru and seating area is a nice addition.
Food is hot and seemingly fresh. Not the friendliest staff, but they are courteous. Carside service too.
It appears big from the outside, but there's no indoor seating. It still has a full "grill and chill" menu and service is friendly though not as fast as other Dairy Queens. Outdoor seating is plentiful and offers full size picnic tables and not just park benches.
