At this dave and busters, we were having a great time. Consistently, They were asking if we had a parent with us but it was only really us. We are teen girls, and we got asked this question over 10 times. We noticed everyone else wasn’t getting asked this at a younger age, or other kids that were the same age but they were boys. And then, my friend dropped her phone and someone picked it up, we could tell this because we had the find my iphone open and it said someone opened it after 15 minutes of looking for it. Someone stole her wallet, and then found her phone in the trash somehow? So it is obvious someone stole it. I understand having a parent present at the age under 18, but for the consistent need to ask where our parent is after seeing the parent present more than 5 times by 5 different people? It’s excessive and I didn’t see anyone else being asked this question.

We got there as a group of 20-30. When asked how many, the host was so rude and seemed mad we had people with us. So he asked us to specify exactly how many people because they need to know, so we said 30 to be safe. We waited an hour and a half to be seated, and finally got seated with two tables of 4, and three booths that hold 6 (26 seats given after being told they NEEDED a specific number, when they could've just used 20-30 in the first place, but we squeezed the four others in the booths since we couldn't add chairs to a table, which doesn't make sense to me either) and to then be told to basically hurry up and order because the kitchen closes in 30 mins. Some waited for our food, which some didnt even get, and some felt the atmosphere, and didn't even want to be there, so they left to eat elsewhere. It was as if we weren't wanted there, and it just wasn't a pleasant experience. Bartenders took forever, and seemed as if she didn't want to serve us, but I can say the server we had was very sweet, as well as the manager on duty. I don't know if it might've been just a bad day, but it was definitely an awkward experience.

Not what I expected compared to Delaware ave location.way too small for the amount of people allowed in.

When it came to playing games we had a lot of fun! It took about 15 mins for us to get seated. The waitress kept getting our order wrong so we just left and went somewhere else to eat.

It was a WONDERFUL time! A customer helped me with my son's stroller when I was unaware of the radio. He was awesome!

This was the 2nd time I've visited D & B. The first time we took our 3 adult male children, however this time it was just my fiance and myself. We had a great time together without the nags of "can we get more. " LOL. We arrived approximately at 8pm. Closing is at 11pm. I assume since we arrived on the later side of the evening, the waiter was ready to go home leading to him being a bit neglectful. He did not come back to check to see if we needed refills on our drinks. My fiance had to actually flag him down. Even once he knew we needed refills, he remained lackadaisical by standing at the bar talking to the bartender about something that took approx. 4 minutes. He in turn answered another another table's request and after about 9 minutes of waiting, we received our refills. This is NOT the same service we received the first time we were there so in no way does this waiter's performance impact the rating of my review. I would suggest, although more crowded, if you want great service - go during regular dining hours.

The game playing card did give me trouble when I would try to continue a game sometimes. It wouldn't accept it and I would have to try again. Usually by the third attempt the light turned green for acceptance so I could continue. Also, there are buckets around the game room which I still don't know what are for because the "tickets" you win are now loaded on the card. I did not see a way to find out the total amount of tickets other than to ask the employee in the store.

In conclusion, because my card didn't work all the time and there is no way to see how many tickets you've accrued other than to ask an employee, I've rated this establishment 4 out of 5 stars.

Atmosphere and facility were great. Food was just fair because the beef strips were tough and hard to chew. Also, the staff did not keep up with refreshing our drinks and condiments when needed.

We had a great experience here! A couple of games didn't quite work a few times, but the employees took care of it for us.

All the games are updated and fun. The card system makes it easy to play. Some cool prizes. Food is surprisingly good and there are some low calorie options. And of course a full bar with plenty of TV's. Not a bad place to hang with the kids and kill a few hours.

Worst bar service of my life in down stairs bar. MY LIFE. And seriously the worst by far. It blew my mind. Arcade games and upstairs bar were great!

Pretty much just like every fave and busters. Not as good as one that is like it's own place and not the mall but still a good place to hang out.

Always a fun experience.
On this day we unfortunately go a server who apparently was overloaded with guests because service to our table was xery slow, just getting water to the table took over 10 minutes.
I like the selection of games and entertainment options.
We were a group of mixed ages and everyone was able to find something they enjoyed.
The menu has many good options including popular finger foods and healthy food choices.
For drinkers, there are also alcoholic beverages. For everyone else, soft drinks and tea are also available.

Often gets crowded but everything is always clean and good here. The arcade usually has most to all of the games working. Half price games on Wednesday is a fantastic offer and gets crowded over the summers. Overall I have fun everything I go here, though.

David Busters in Plymouth Meeting Mall is one of my favors but the one in Philadelphia Pennsylvania by Penn's Landing is my ultimate favor I am from Philadelphia PA and that is my hometown and that place is awesome and it's so cool it's not that far away from Penn's Landing

This has to be one of the best DNBs I've been to hands down. The eating area is very clean and the employees where very inviting as well. The food was amazing and very well prepared. I have nothing bad to say about this place. I loved the fact that the gaming room was separate from the eating area. I would definitely be returning the next time I'm in the area. Thanks for the great time and awesome food.

The food is mostly fried, unhealthy and smaller portions, but tasty. Service was on the slow side, but very pleasant. Downstairs, the arcade was enjoyable for different ages. However, the points for the rewards are highest than most.

Had high hopes to share experience with my family. We waited forever for service at every level. We did a Groupon that bundled unlimited games. Fine print is that it is only for a few games that don't give tickets towards crappy prizes. Food was fair, prices and experience we're bad.
