25We had a great experience. Not only did we have a fantastic waitress with a phenomenal memory, the food was good as well.
Very good food and drinks. Waitress was awesome. Food and gaming is pretty pricey but that was expected
They need help usually dinner is great and service is fast it was horrible waited 20 mins to be asked what drinks we wanted started serving a table that was seated second first not the servers fault way understaffed not good
The service downstairs is horrible! My friend and I went out to eat, upstairs is where we normally sit, but it was full. The server bypassed our table like 6 times, without offering us menus or asking us if we wanted anything to drink. It took her 10 mins to finally acknowledge us. When she did, she literally threw the menus at us and walked away with an attitude. I don’t know if she was just over the day or just didn’t want to be there, but you still shouldn’t take your personal problems out on the customer. We eat, the pasta was very good and the steak, definitely would order again. When the dessert came out, there was a long string of hair in the ice cream it was gross! When I asked for the manager to remove the dessert from my ticket, she acted like it was a big issue. Needless to say, upstairs is wayyyy better and I probably will never eat downstairs again. After that night I returned a week later, but got takeout the salad was just thrown together, and steak was very chewy and not well done like I asked
Always have fun there, food it great and games are fun. 4 stars instead of 5 since the guitar I got there wont let me tighten the strings
