DICK'S Sporting Goods reviews
35Yes nice stuff but over priced. You can find the same shoes elsewhere for a lesser price. No one ever helps me in this store either, so it makes it very easy to spend my money somewhere else.
This store is top notch great staff if you're looking for a good sporting goods store give them the chance
Went in looking for a weight bench. I was helped by Jamison who was very knowledgeable and helped me find a great bench for a very reasonable price. Great overall experience.
Great store very knowledgeable management team. Very pleased with the customer service and the attention to detail to educating the customer.
Honored the incorrect price labeled on a set of binoculars purchased here even though it was significantly lower than the correct price. No hassle and good service.
No paintball items in the store, co2 took quite awhile to fill 4 tanks. I am not sure the staff is well trained with this procedure, so I am not confident the tanks are truely full. They were friendly enough and the cost is $5 per tank. Real gun selection is dwindling, as the staff said they are getting rid of ALL guns. Looks like I will need another store to shop in the very near future.
From start to finish.excellent customer service. I was very happy and impressed Sara.who just had 2 days on the job and the cashier and a female greeter. This happened at the Robinson Township Pittsburgh store.good job guys
Staff went above and beyond making my purchase right. Got a damaged golf putter and they quickly found and exchanged curbside. Very friendly folks
I have been to this store multiple times. It is HUGE! They have sports wear, athletic wear, shoes, jackets, kayaks, sporting equipment, tents, etc. Some of the items here are pricey but that is due to the name brand. I found a pair of shoes that I liked a lot and have worked well for me when standing all day.
Very impressed with the staff especially since we were shopping on Black Friday. Every employee was friendly and eager to help, especially in the shoe department. It seemed very well staffed. We will continue to make this a stop every Black Friday!
At Robinson store Manager Ryan V was a great help in the golf department great service thank you
Huge store! Good variety of everything. Always hard to find a good variety in color for kids shoes. Sydney was very helpful and made sure she found the right size for the color Bball shoes my son wanted.
Great deals on the soccer gear my kids needed. Other items in the store are a little over priced, but are higher quality than you find other places. Great selection of Steelers great too!
One of the best places to buy tennis racquets and restringing. I haven't played other sports but they have almost everything.
Went to Dick's for new walking shoes w.more support- I broke a bone in one foot in early June, and had recommendations from my physical therapist. Bill in the shoe dept was very helpful/knowledgeable/patient! Multiple styles/sizes in stock.
I had a $20 coupon that helped w.the price, and didn't have to wait for shoes to come in the mail w/o knowing if they'd really fit.
Great experience at Dick's.
Very clean and good looking store. However they didn't have the couple of items I was looking to buy. Also shoes were getting overrun by customers and they only had one person working the pad. Took too long.
So we called ahead and asked if they had the smoker we were looking for. Give him the details.the guy confirmed that it was in stock. Got all the way out there to find out that dumbass thought we were asking about the $399 model, which we had asked about the $199 model. Thanks for wasting our time.
I lived in Binghamton, went to college there. Dick's was founded there and was great as a regional chain. Now it's a huge company with none of the hometown feel that made it great. Prices are insanely high and the crew seems more interested in their work gear walkie talkies than they do customers.
Have a lot of selections of all sports. Prices are higher than any sporting stores. Staff never around provide assistance.
