DICK'S Sporting Goods, Pittsburgh PA

Used to be a lot better seem to be doing away with sporting goods and going more toward clothing

This store had no customer service. The people in the show department had no manners or service skills. They were more worried about one customer than the 4 others in their section. The only person who did ask was from a different section and couldn't be bothered to walk over and have a conversation in terms of questions or concerns. She was too busy at her fold cart. Then a young man came buy asked the couple near us if they needed assistance, walked right by us and didn't say a word. Worst store ever and the worst part is that it is the closest store to their corporate headquarters, which yuou would think is the best with the ability for cooperate to show up at any time. Poor management, poor employees, and terrible service, drive to another or shop online.

Pretty decent. One positive thing during my visit is they found a kettle bell in the back I wanted that was missing from the floor.

Horrible staff, that are very snotty. I called to get a pair of cleats, said they had a bunch, drove an hour and they didn't have them. They did nothing to fix it. I went to another store and they matched and gave me $10 off! Very over priced on most things.

Very helpful and ambitious staff! Had a great experience here shopping for a Steelers jersey. Who knew there were so many different fits! They helped me find just what I wanted.

I've never had a bad experience at this store. From buying and maintaining my son's bike to shoes, they are great. Had an excellent trip on this visit looking for fitness bands. It's so refreshing to find intelligent sales staff. Had a great experience with a knowledgeable, friendly salesperson named Max who knew his stuff.

Love this Dick's store out of any other. The 2 floors gives you plenty of selection and room to move around. Staff always friendly and willing to help from getting you items to check out.

If you are an African American golfer, don't waste your time with these pricks; especially if you're not wearing typical golf attire. Stopped in to pick up a new driver and got absolutely no help at all. Not even a greeting. One guy, who I assumed to be the manager, was no more than 2 feet away and didn't say one word. I'll just stick with Golf Galaxy which conveniently enough is in the next plaza over.

Not to bad. Pretty good selection, but usually hard to find anyone to help you. Especially in the shoe department which the first time no one waited in me, the second time some one asked for my size and left and never came back and the third time it took me about 30 minutes to find out they don't have a single shoe in my size.

Very great store! There are 2 levels of sports items with at least a section of items for just about any sport you can think of! Prices here could be lower and sales are a hard thing to find. The items here are great quality and are worth its price!

Associate in bikes was very knowledgeable.although this location did not have the bike I wanted the A checked inventory of nearest stores and found the one I wanted at the Beaver Valley Mall.now how good is that.very good experience.

I bought a pair of Nike sneakers about 6 months ago. The sole was not properly glued (I think). They were very noisy. Dick's exchanged them for me with no hassle.

Dustin in fishing was awesome. Hooked me up with a new Rod, reel, line, and some lures for the upcoming trout season. Knows his stuff, pay him a visit if you're interested in trout fishing.

Got removed from the store for asking a question. We were then walking away from the employee and was kicked out of the store after talking about our encounter. We were followed out of the store and felt very uncomfortable in the situation.

I was just there today had a great experience with Loraine (i hope dictation is right), she walk with me all way down and help me to find what i was looking for, it was my first experience at Dick's but i will definitely go back there again
