My boyfriend and I loved this place. We just adopted a few days ago. Jenn was super prompt at reaching out to me after we fell in love with a dog. Every dog we met had an awesome personality. You can't beat the perks and customer service you receive after adopting from them. They sincerely do care about their animals and it shows. We had a great experience! So glad we gave this place a chance, we will be using them in the future.

I love Dogtown! My dog has the best time there and is always tired when I get him home. The staff are informative, the owner is very personable and they send me pictures of my dog when he is kenneled for a few days. Their rescue is also wonderful.

If I could give no stars I would.first time in the store which was a random visit, the woman in the front was very rude. She never greated me and acted like she could care less if she had possible customers. Needless to say I turned around and walked out. I will never return, nor will i recommand them. Very poor customer service!

We have been taking our Ploxer, Arya, to Dogtown twice a week for day care for close to a year. She couldn’t be happier and neither could we! She gets out all of that pent up energy, gets to hang with her “pups” and she is so much more well behaved when she gets that exercise and peer interaction. Our baby girl loves it here and they love her too! ️

If you are looking to adopt they have a few dogs at one time and they can walk around the store which gives you an opportunity to see their demeanor.

Two people working and not one greeted us or asked what we needed help with. Only spoke to us to tell my son not to do something that he didn't even do. Need to improve customer service.

Ok place except for the nasty BIG MEAN blonde! She thinks she runs the place and treats everyone like CRAP! Won't be going back anymore! She's a very RUDE person who shouldn't be around animals or dealing with the public!

We just adopted a puppy.what a knowledgeable and friendly staff, clean facility and high standards.the owner Jenn really cares, and although she was sorry busy still was able to show us everything we needed help with.amazing experience and will be going back again!

I am absolutely stunned by the attractiveness of the employees they hire there, especially one employee who goes by the name Paul Pham, master dog trainer and such a loving soul. He effortlessly does his job while looking absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to satisfy any of their pupper needs or cute vietnamese boy needs. Your welcome
